The left earbud keeps cutting off and I have to make my iPod forget the device the pair it again so the left will start working again. It happens all of the time. It may work better with other brand devices but all the devices I have are Apple.

However, one thing I can’t get over is the lag when I’m watching videos: Netflix, IG, YouTube, etc. The crazy part is Bose knows about the lag but refuses to do anything about it. The sound is great along with when I make calls. Remains perfectly still within my ear when I workout as well, but it’s hard to get over that one thing which I hate. If you don’t mind the video lag I’ll say purchase them. If you do mind the video lag then stay clear please.

This is a technical limitation of the Truly Wireless Technology that we utilized for the SoundSport Free headphones where the master (right) earbud cannot send call audio to the left earbud.
