The left earbud keeps cutting off and I have to make my iPod forget the device the pair it again so the left will start working again. It happens all of the time. It may work better with other brand devices but all the devices I have are Apple.

However, one thing I can’t get over is the lag when I’m watching videos: Netflix, IG, YouTube, etc. The crazy part is Bose knows about the lag but refuses to do anything about it. The sound is great along with when I make calls. Remains perfectly still within my ear when I workout as well, but it’s hard to get over that one thing which I hate. If you don’t mind the video lag I’ll say purchase them. If you do mind the video lag then stay clear please.

"Music share" feature is still not available for this earphones in Bose connect app. I would recommend it for people who work out because it Is comfortable and sounds loud and clear.

A SoundSport Free software update is now available to improve audio/video synchronization issues in most used cases. You can download the new software wirelessly through the Bose Connect app or by visiting btu.bose.com on your computer. If you own a Bluetooth device that fully supports Audio Video Distribution Transport Protocol (AVDTP), version 1.3 or later, you will benefit by this update. We have confirmed Apple iPhones and iPads use this protocol and we will continue to evaluate other popular Bluetooth devices. Audio/video synchronization may also vary depending on the mobile app being viewed (e.g. Netflix, YouTube). We encourage you to use the most recent software for your mobile apps, Bluetooth devices and Bose headphones. Also, the Music Share feature is not supported by the SoundSport Free wireless headphones. This is because the left bud uses the Bluetooth connection that another headset would typically use for this feature.
