Got my first pair in 2017/2018, and they worked great until a few weeks ago, when I lost sound in the left earphone!!! The sound quality was better than Beats 2, which I switched from because they would not connect to my device. These connected with ease. Bought a second set, and it just did not charge after 2 weeks use. Sent 1st set back to Bose, who sent out a new set. Have had it maybe 4 days and IT WILL NOT CHARGE!!!!! The orange light does not flash, but the battery surely heats up while plugged in, but when powered on, it says 30% charge. This is a system failure. Bose needs to rework the OS for these expeditiously!!!!

About 4 months ago i had purchased the new Bose wireless Sport ear phones , i enjoyed them for about 2 weeks until i started hearing cracking nosing. I contacted Bose via phone and gave the information to have them replaced. Sadly it took me a week for bose to send me an email with the shipping lade and 6 different phone calls. i felt like i was being miss treated as a customer having to beg for a email just to send them back. within the first week of receiving the email i had sent my produce of to FEDEX. note then i called for the last time to get this email i was told i was going to be receiving my produce with in 5 weeks and it was going to be expedited. After 3 months had gone by i called again. i was told they we still out of stock and i would have to wait until the 28th of nov to receive them. i didn't understand since all bose stores had been in stock for over a mouth. i asked to speak to a supervisor and this is when it got ridiculous and i felt like i was being lied to. the supervisor told me "the reason i havent recevied your order is because you didn't send the item with the proper label. I had told him that i followed every set accordingly even sending the package with the label that I was sent and he refused to believe me. I finally looked for the confirmation number of the package and read it to him.. and then after he realized the mistake he had made, telling me they didn't receive my produce . He apologized for lying and for the previous technical assistant that had told me I would receive my earphones on the 28th because if it wasn't for me asking for a supervise i wouldn't have received my earphones either way according to the supervisor. He fixed the issue and got my order ready to be shipped . I am still every upset of the treatment and the lies i was given. Iv been a big supporter of Bose for a long time but now i question how good is your Quality In products and quality of customer serves.

I received this as a gift and the sound is good but they are so bulky and stick out from your ear so far that they look ridiculous. Due to that, they are so uncomfortable and have fallen out of my ear a few times when working out. I tried to return them to Best Buy and Bose and was told I was past the number of days in which I was able to make a return so now I am stuck with $150 headphones that I hate and won't use. I would not buy these again and now I am going to purchase the Beats by Dre headphones. Hopefully they work better. I am so mad and upset at Bose and Best Buy that I want to give this product one star, but I gave it two since the sound is good. I give both Bose and Best Buy one star for customer service on this one.

I purchased these shortly after they were released and within 3 days of working out, I began hearing left ear static. I thought it was a fluke so I returned them for a new pair, and sure enough, experienced left ear static on day 1. After reading other reviews, it is clear that these are not sweat proof as the left ear static started after doing cardio on the first pair, and yard work on the 2nd pair. I have been a loyal Bose customer for as long as I can remember and am considering going back to my wired Soundsport. The sound on the wireless ear buds is sub par to the wired version, but in my opinion, a slight trade off to go wireless. Hopefully Bose can correct the issue and get back to the quality that most of us have become accustomed to.

I love Bose great sound, battery life is way too short. When I am talking to my family and friends they can't hear me that good but music plays wonderful I'm a little disappointed in these. I don't trust reviews unless I go through my own experiences.

I love the comfort, I love the sound. I run 5 miles a day and the headphones quit working after about 30 days. I emailed BOSE and got no response. Finally the BOSE web site said they could not verify my serial number. This is a issue they know about. Ive gone through three pair. Best buy exchanged a pair, but I do not use them for running because they will die due to moisture.

These sound fantastic for Bluetooth headphones. That said, there are some problems with it. First off, the battery life is awful. Six hours if you are lucky, which just isn't enough these days. The design of the controls on the headphone are fiddly and not easy to use. Several times I've thought I've turned it off, only to find out that they were still connected, causing me to miss a call. Lastly, they make a fantastic case for this, at extra cost, but the case doesn't have a battery in it nor does it have wireless charging, which sort of defeats using it to charge your headphones in. Again, these sound fantastic, but I'm hoping Bose gets some customer feedback for their next version and they can improve the ergonomics and battery life.

Let me start off by stating Bose are my favorite headphones with quality sound and in-ear support. I recently purchased the wireless Soundsport headphones and they worked great for a month and a half before the left ear started crackling and eventually went out. I used them everyday for cardio and weight training and figured they could handle the sweat since the description stated they are sweat resistant, but they did not. I am very disappointed in these headphones as they did not last long at all and are expensive. I do not recommend these for people who workout or are very active everyday.
