This toner works amazing that’s my co worker putting it in

Excellent results. Lasts a long time compared to HP products. It prints with sharp impressions and no smearing, smudge free. Very good quality. I would recommend it because it is a very good product for the price. It doesn't dry out like other products.

Quality is good but I still think it is way expensive.

Have purchased this unit for future use when the original drum gives out. Seems fine, but it is quite pricey. It is nearly 1/2 the cost of the printer itself. I was tempted to buy less expensive drums from other manufacturers, but did not and instead went with Brother equipment. It seems that it is now the standard not to include manuals with products, and also the standard in the printing industry to be ridiculously proprietary and charge outrageous prices for basic equipment. This is not Best Buy's fault; it seems to be a conspiracy among printing companies to do this practice. It is very important to research printers well. I do not understand how a compatible drum can cost $35, but a Brother drum is $107.

Tried the aftermarket drum for my brother printer and despite it fitting properly, every time we sent something to print, it would not allow it to process. Purchasing this brother brand drum corrected the problem immediately.

This was a necessary item for the printer to function. It was readily available online from Best Buy, was delivered quicker than they had stated, installed easily, and so far, works as it should.

Outstanding. Have never had problems with this Brother Laser printer drum replacement, highly recommend, easy to install.

It was stock. Had to order another ine because i got a message to replace soon on printer.

I typically do not write reviews for products. However, I feel compelled after multiple failures with this specific drum. 1) It gets dirty too easily. I constantly have to take it out and clean it or I will have black specs all over my documents. Fail! If you want to print manually...it wont let the toner adhere to the paper...therefore it just rubs off. It is a big pain in the rear and has caused me more troubles than I care to count. 2.) It cost more than the printers I own when they are on sale. I just purchased a new brother printer that uses this same drum. Guess what? Same problems and I havent even had it for 24 hours. I've already had to clean it MULTIPLE times. Brother really needs to find a way to make these better. I love brother. I have a color laser printer that uses a different drum. I dont have this problem with that printer. It is THIS DRUM! Rant over.

Works great. Lots of copies. I like this larger capacity cartridge because it lasts so much longer.

The drum unit works well, but I don't know why we have to replace this so often in less than a year.

We own a Brother MFC-L27100W, and we've used this replacement drum at least twice over the life of the printer. It's fantastic. Does what it's supposed to do. Lasts a long time. Worth the price.

I have bought several of this and it served me for the purpose. It does last for quite a long time.
