Customer Ratings & Reviews

This is the best printer I have ever bought. It is easy to set up to get started with clear set up instructions. The only downfall is the black ink/toner got depleted amazingly fast.

I really like this printer, it prints very well, my only small issue is that after it prints the paper is slightly curled! Otherwise, it’s a really good and fast printer!

The printer does a good job on the printing and also has features like image scanning and duplex printing.

great product and great price. recommended it for your hard printed work

Very easy to connect to network. Basically plug and play. Easy to download and install updates.

great printer tried the 2720 black and white and loved it moved up to the all in one color great move

Best printer I've ever owned out of about at least 20 printers

Excellent laser printer. If you value professional quality, you need not shop any further.

Great printer with great features. Setup was easy.

Love this printer, it works perfect! I just wish I would have bought it sooner

This is a great overall color laser printer, scanner, and fax machine all in one.

Wonderful printer, fax and scanner. Great quality product.

Printer works as advertised. I assumed that it had a ethernet cable hook on it, and it didn't. In this day, you would think that there would be a plug for a ethernet cable. It prints slower than my old HP printer. Overall, I am happy with it.

100% the bran is goor the deliver is good the custumer service 100%

Overall this laser printer is Excellent!! My only (2) complaints are the print rate is a little slow and the printed sheet have a little “Curvature” to them when coming off the copy drum. Otherwise, Excellent Laser Printer!!!

I upgrade my brother black and white to color laser.

This printer save me time and effort all in one for the office.

Took a while to get one of the drivers installed but finally got it. Working fine.

I regret buying this printer. It was fine until the first firmware update. After this, it wouldn't connect to wifi. I had to uninstall and reinstall the software. I finally got it working. This happened again with the next firmware update, so I did the uninstall and reinstall again. I tried calling Brother, but was told I would have to pay for help. I now connect with a cable to avoid the wifi, but I can't just click on print. I have to connect through the printer app and go through steps to connect. Also, the color print quality is only so-so. I do not recommend this printer.
