Convenient and Efficient

Just for the BK app

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I received the gift card via email and successfully added it to the app without any issues. The problem is that when I try to use it at a BK location without the app, none of the employees seem to know what to do with it. I don't know what they were doing because I don't work there, but I think they were trying to process it as a debit/credit card because they said their computer indicated "payment declined," but that's beside the point. Essentially, the only way I can use the gift card that's guaranteed to work is through the app, which has worse coupons/offers compared to ordering in person and providing a code.
