I know it seems lazy but on those nights where you just don’t feel like getting up to turn the light off, it really comes in handy. I’ve had these for 6/7 months now and it’s still as if I just bought them. I won’t go back to regular light bulbs after this

GE is unstoppable.

Setting these to 100% brightness is akin to standing out in the middle of the Mojave desert at noon under direct sun. an added bonus is that you get dimmable light bulbs without the dimmer switch and can control these directly with google home or alexa.

Great price hard to configure

The app was easy to setup and link and the light it quality. My only gripe is when I turn them off or on there's a small <1 second delay. Side Note I purchased these while they were on sale for $29.99

Fabulous deal

Bit annoying to have to set up a whole other app to integrate with Alexa, but perfectly understandable and worth that small hassle.

Pretty good

The lights work well and definitely are more energy efficient than the old lights so that’s a win. On occasion the connection with WiFi doesn’t work which is why I knocked off the one star. Do smart lights make your life way better? No, but I have been able to turn my lights on for my dog which is pretty nice!

Cheap but not the best

But they frequently have to be reset which is annoying. But other than that they sync up well with google home devices.

I use both the plug for turning on and off a bug light at night. And, the bulbs for lighting spare rooms for a few hours at night to mimic activity.

I just leave both of my porch light interior light switches on all the time, and go to the C by GE website / app, adjust the turn on / turn off times and you are all set. I programmed mine for sun down (on) and sun up (off). Very easy to set up and they work great.

Wifi outlet adapter helps the bulbs stay connected

The smart wifi outlet adapter helps all the bulbs stay connected to a smart home wifi. The bulbs and outlet adapter work well with Google Home, and yes c by ge app allows these devices to be controlled when not at home.

They work but issues with Alexa

I did all the trouble shooting as suggested but it is still a issue. The C by GE app works no problems. So if you dont care if they sync with Alexa then it's a good purchase for the price.

It even came with a smart plug, great for outdoor christmas lighting. Syncs with my google home and all other smart lighting and no hub needed.
