Works great

We have a google home set up in our house, so we were able to easily add these to our home system and they work great! Its nice to be able to turn on or off a light (or even dim it) with just a simple command.

I have 6 C by GE light bulbs in my home, and they do what they need to. I like that I can set up routines and also specific commands to turn on multiple groups in different rooms.

Good but not great

It’s not convenient to sign in every time you use a different device (phone, tablet). Sometimes I have to close the app and reopen it to reconnect to the bulbs. I do like the dimming effect. I paid $35 + tax, I don’t think it’s worth full price

You don't need a smart outlet to set up. Also, you don't need the C by The app, if you have the Google home app. All I got to do is tell my Google assistant to turn the lights on in my bedroom and voila!

Perfect Smart Lighting Start Up Kit

What a mistake. I’m glad I was able to return it. I then tried looking at Best Buy. This smart bulb was recognized instantly by my google home. It an excellent product. Totally recommend.

Not easy with Alexa

These were on sale so we thought we'd try them out. They work fine. I wish I had realized that you have to use the smart plug and download an app to get it to work with Alexa. It was a hassle to set up. While they work fine now, I would not purchase these particular bulbs again.
