Work great, simple to set up

Set them up quickly and they also with with Alexa and Echo Show. You can set moods and automate schedules to turn off and on, and also dimmable. Love these!

Trouble working with Alexa

Posted .Charon, sorry for the Alexa issues you are running into. A few things to check are to make sure the plug and lights are added into the same room in the C by GE app first. Great reliability and ease-of-use.

The automation options work well - I have my garage coach lights and front porch light are set to go ON at dusk and OFF at dawn.

The app is problematic

Logging in is always a problem. Once you are in the app it has the features you want but because it is such a pain to get into I wish I had gone with a different product.

Never in the Dark.

I work nights. So, right before it gets dark out. I turn on my lights in the house. So, it looks like someone's home.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.One of the bulbs didn’t work straight out of the box (rattled/was damaged), which doesn’t affect my actual review...but just kind of an annoyance. Two of the four bulbs paired, and the one other that wasn’t broke wouldn’t pair. Of the two that paired, one wouldn’t repair. I was able to get the bulb that worked and the plug to pair with Alexa but not to be voice controlled by “her”. Unsure if I am going to take them back for something else or exchange for a new pack and buy a hub to work with these as the kit was on a very nice sale when I purchased it, which is what encouraged my purchase of these particular bulbs.

Doesn't work well with Google Assistant

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We bought this together with a google assistant to run everything from 1 app. The first plug didn't work, we went back to Best Buy and the Geek Squad didn't know anything about these devices. We got a replacement that also doesn't work. We're returning that too. If you want to run it from the C by GE app after many tries we got it to work that way but still would not connect to the Google App of Assistant.

Works well

Posted .Hi Tori, all of your devices should be controllable from the C by GE app. You do not have to plug anything into the Smart Plug for it to act as a hub. You should be able to add all of your devices to the C by GE app and you should be able to control them however you'd like. If you have any issues, please give us a call at (844) 302-2943. Worth the money

No more getting upset because the kids left the light on, I just turn them off remotely.

HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

Performed half a dozen factory resets. Unstable. Bulb difficult to screw into socket probably due to lack of precision. This is the WORST smart device we have experienced, and we have many! Fortunately, BestBuy carries many other surprisingly reliable, affordable and phenominal smart devices to choose from. You may not be familiar with their names, but they perform very well compared to these.

Surprising Find

Great product
