Literally the worst and most frustrating product

WIFI bulbs do the job

Lights good, plug bad

Posted .Sorry to hear you are having issues connecting the plug to your Google Home. Because both the plug and your Google Home device are hubs for the bulbs, it is important to put the bulbs and the plug into the C by GE app first, then link the c by GE Service through the "Works with Google" set up device process. If you link the bulbs to the Google Home app first, and then try to add the service, it will disconnect the lights from Google Home and you will have to set them up again. The plug cannot link directly to Google Home, it has to be set up in the C by GE app. Please reach out to our support team at 844-30C-BYGE (844-302-2943) or by email at [email protected] if you would like help getting your devices set up.

Requires Hub For Alexa
