    They are bright and can change colors but doesn’t work with my Alexa not good how hub :(

      Mayowa sorry to hear that your devices are not working Alexa. To ensure connectivity we will need to get your plug connected and paired to the C by GE app first. Then in Alexa we will need to enable the C by GE skill under skills and games in the Alexa app. Once enabled it should detect your devices.     Set up was a little difficult. The app could not locate the bulb even standing right next to it.
