    I cannot count on the remote lights actually working more than 20% of the times I try to use the process.

    They are bright and can change colors but doesn’t work with my Alexa not good how hub :(

      Mayowa sorry to hear that your devices are not working Alexa. To ensure connectivity we will need to get your plug connected and paired to the C by GE app first. Then in Alexa we will need to enable the C by GE skill under skills and games in the Alexa app. Once enabled it should detect your devices.     Work fine. App is ok. Lose connection. Have to use plugs as bridges for WiFi connection to bulbs.
