Absolutely Horrible
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Absolutely horrible GE, one of the largest electric companies established, but yet can’t get a their product to work at all. I purchased a starter (plug) pack and (4) color bulbs and should integrate with Google and Amazon as advertised. Initially set up as BT, but would go unresponsive. Then connected the plug to have remote control and established WiFi. Linked both services for home use. Tried one, then the other...then both. Applications said “unresponsive”. Tried factory resetting devices, unlinked accounts, uninstalled applications...even GE, etc. Tried several times a day, set routines back up...everything. They would always connect, but hours later they become unresponsive. I have many Google Nest products in my home and have no issues. I’m surprised that Google bundles with GE. Maybe they should think twice or purchase them to make things work. I’ll be returning all products.

Terrible Lights. Would not recommend

They barely connect in their own app, and have constantly stopped communicating with google home. Would not recommend. Even for someone starting out with home automation. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Not what I expected

Meanwhile I hookup Snegled bulb very easily without a manual. Also light bulb is not white at all, I didn't like it. I will return it anyway. Sorry for honest review.
