    unfortunately i could not get these to connect properly to work. Had to return. I would like a product to connect directly to my google home base and not have to go thru another app

      Hi Kimberly, our bulbs are Made for Google, so long as you have a first party Google Home ( such as any one of these: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/7029281?hl=en) You should be able to set up and control your bulbs all from within the Google Home app. For any other questions regarding compatibility, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support team at 1-844-302-2943 or [email protected].

    As advertised Alexa compatible, its not true. Only supported in US, not in US territories. I purchased in Best Buy Puerto Rico and the Skill set for Alexa its not supported here.

    Very difficult to connect the smart plug and white bulbs and I still can’t connect them

    4-pack, one is not working, glad it was the first one I put on, made me try all. If I did not pick the bad one first and left it somewhere, I wouldn't know it's broken.

    This disn't work for me. I previously had a "Hues" setup that did work but eventually my lights needed to be replaced so I went back to Best Buy. Unfortunately, Best Buy apparently discontinued the Hues so I bought the GE 4 bulb setup. Although I tried moving and reactivating the smart plug, My Alexa would often recognize 1 or 2 smart bulbs but never all 3. It also often didn't recognize the smart plug! It bacame more trouble than it was worth so I took it back.

    The GE app is borehole, plug and lights hardly connect correctly to the google devices. Over all they rarely worked.

    No very easy to integrate into our smart home, requires an extra purchase to enable certain features, spend the money on Hue products, you’ll thank me later!

    Meh. I’d pass. Doesn’t work unless you have the hub and you can’t set up each light individually. Has to be set up as a pair in the same “room”.

    I experienced very poor connection with several of these bulbs. Also had a hard time linking to my Alexa.

    Could not get alexa to pair with these. The box clearly said it worked with alexa but it most certainly did not.

    Bought as a gift, but I returned due to bad reviews. I had read about this. I have the Philip's hue light bulbs and these work great.

    I've been trying for five days to get Alexa to "discover" these bulbs after setting up with the C by GE app, updating all firmware, enabling the skill, and nothing is working. These are the first and only of a long list of pieces that have given me a problem. If you plan on utilizing these with Alexa and custom routines I suggest to avoid them and stick with a company like Philips Hue, pricey but they work as expected.
