    Won’t connect to Alexa

    I followed all the instructions on how to connect to Alexa. It would connect for a few seconds and then it would disconnect and Alexa could not find it. I got tired of messing around with it. Taking it back.

    Connected it with my Alexa Per the instructions but when I try to use it, it can’t be found. When I try to use my GE app, I keep getting the “unresponsive” message. Unable to use. Had to return it.

    Not very reliable..- constantly loses network connection.. I wouldn’t recommend this product.. it’s cheap.. and .. you get what you pay for..

    Light bulbs would fail to connect to the internet. Not what I expected. I returned the bulbs back to Best Buy for credit.

    Horrible. Couldn't even get it to set up and work! Went with another brand from QVC. Called customer service and they were clueless!

    Had great hope for this deal of the day, but didn't work out. could not get the bulbs to connect with my aleXA and the ge app was horrible.

    Can't get it setup. Alexa can't find the smart bulbs. Gave up after 3rd try. Will try again when i have more time and patience

    They won’t sync with the app, bough those and I was only able to sync too ! Their app is very dysfunctional

    Deceiving marketing. Not able to directly use with Apple products, you will need to download apps and buy a bridge.

    Was able to attach the plug with C by Ge app, but does not work at all with google home. Comes up as offline each time.
