    Doesn't synch to alexa

    Cannot be controlled by alexa. There is supposedly an add on skill to make them work, but it has terrible reviews and wouldn't connect. We will be returning this set.

If your lights and Smart Plug have been added to and are controllable from the C by GE app, you would then need to add the C by GE Skill to the Alexa app by tapping on the menu icon at the top left corner of the page, then select Skills and Games. Search for C by GE and then enter your C by GE app credentials when prompted. If this fails or if you get an error message, try again. If it continues to fail, make sure you are entering the correct login credentials that you used to create your C by GE account.
