The printer cannot scan documents unless it is connected to a PC over USB. It does not support scanning over the network, nor does it support scan to FTP or scan to email without a cloud connection. In addition, the printer does not store the paper in a tray, the door on the front flips down, meaning the printer takes up about double the space when loaded.

Today I receive this item from Best Buy and it was damaged and the packing is all over wet and it's was not in original packing someone backed over original packing I was very disappointed Best Buy is a very big name in this industry but they send me second time not a good product couple of months ago I brought iPod from Best Buy and they send me defected today I got this photocopy and scanner and packing was in very bad condition and packing is wet I did not open it it's almost there they instruct me I have to go in different town which is a little far from my house I spend more time and spend more money return this product this is very bad for Best Buy I am very disappointed

It comes with a starter ink cartridge, but I purchased a Canon 071 ink cartridge as a backup. That cartridge was somewhat pricey — $68.99 at BJ’s — and I found it typically ranges between $65 and $74, so it is worth shopping around. It is also available directly from usa.canon.com. Although the printer includes a CD, I did not need it once the device connected to my computer on the same network. It connects quickly for both printing and scanning, automatically prints a test sheet after setup, and operates fast and efficiently. I purchased this printer during a Black Friday sale, and it was definitely worth the price.

The Canon wireless printer has been easy to set up and convenient to use. Connecting it to Wi-Fi was simple, and printing from my phone and laptop works smoothly. The print quality is clear for both documents and photos, and it runs pretty quietly compared to other printers I’ve owned. Ink can go fairly quickly with heavy use, but overall it’s reliable, user-friendly, and great for everyday home or office printing.

I purchased the MF273dw black and white laser printer and have had it for about three months now. This is also my first Canon printer of any kind. I got fed up with inkjet ink cartridges drying out and their hight cost so I decided to try a laser printer instead. Out of the box it was relatively easy to setup and get connected to my WiFi and to get the scanning software loaded onto my MacMini computer running the latest version of Sequoia OS. It printed a clean page right away. I manly scan documents these days so we'll have to see how long the laser cartridge will last but by design the ink for a laser printer is in powder form to begin with so technically the cartridge should last a long time even though I'm not printing a lot. A new 1200 cartridge is about $65. Overall I'm happy with this purchase as it fits my needs and so far it has worked without issue. It's all plastic so time will tell how long it lasts mechanically but if you don't care about color printing and fed up with inkjet then this laser printer is worth your consideration. Recommended.

I recently bought the Canon imageCLASS MF273dw and I’m really happy with it. Setup was quick and easy, and I had no issues getting it connected. The print quality is sharp and fast, and it handles scanning and copying well. I use it at home, and it works great every time. I highly recommend it for everyone who wants a reliable and affordable all-in-one printer.

I got this on sale. It works great. I've have another cannon printer that I've had for years, its always worked great, so I bought this one for a gift for my girlfriend that had a bunch of printing she needed to do. My current printer doesn't have a document feeder, and I really didn't want the document feeder, but here was no other choice in a Cannon that had WIFI and a scanner. It seems like one more thing that could be a problem we'll see. She says it's one crazy fast printer for a home printer/scanner MFP, and it scans super fast too. She loves it, so far its been working great. Its seems as well built as mine so it should last for many years of home use.

Already has been improvement over my old Epson inkjet. If you print a few times a year buy a laser printer. Set up was super easy, not sure why others have issues with start up and setup. It came with all paperwork and a cd for drivers installation. Just connected to wifi and then can print via wifi on my phone, no app or ai garbage needed. Just let me print. Comes with starter toner and worked out of the box after first page test. 5 star.

This printer has been great. I had no hassle unpacking and setting it up. Even though the display/interface is a little dated, I was able to find and connect to the printer on my home network immediately. My phone and computer did not need a app/program to use the printer, it just worked. The ONLY downside to this printer is that it is only single side scanning. Whether on the bed or through the feeder, you will have to manually flip the pages. With that said, I knew that going in so it is not that big of a deal and saves a TON of money on the printer. This is way better than Epson and HP printers I have used in the past which caused me hours of headaches trying to set up. If you want something that just works, and has a great price, go with this Canon!

I’ve had several Canon printers and scanners in the past. That’s part of the reason I gravitated to this one. I read multiple reviews and then purchased this particular all-in-one based on that information, the features it offered, its convenient size for my particular desktop and the price, which ultimately made it too good to pass up. I’m very satisfied with the result. I was able to set it up quickly based on the info available. Both the print quality and copy quality are excellent. And the multiple means of connectivity are a very nice feature. I can easily print wired and wirelessly from both my Mac and my iPhone (wirelessly only obviously). I have no reservations recommending this model to anyone interested in a similar product.

This printer is a very good printer. The print quality is very clear and crisp. I like the automatic duplex printing and fast printing features. I also like that it is energy star compliant and goes into sleep mode when not in use. I wish the paper tray held a full ream of paper. The OEM cartridges are a bit pricy. But I am still pleased with this purchase.

Easy set up. Works well. Easy to replace cartridges. Highly recommend Canon printers as I also have a Canon color laser printer in another location. Both are dependable and easy to operate.

This printer is pretty good. It was easy to set up and I’m not a very tech savvy person. Prints look great and I’m happy at the speed of prints. My only 2 complaints are that it’s way bigger than I expected (probably my fault for not looking at the specs) and that it doesn’t notify you when it’s out of paper. My previous printer made a sound when it was out of paper to let you know. This one just stops printing and you don’t realize it didn’t finish printing until you look at the prints
