We replaced an older Canon MF printer with this newer model. The setup was easy. We had no issues with integrating it onto the network. The printing quality is great.

Best Buy had my back when Canon support did not. Mia at Park Meadows (SE Denver) location bedazzled me with her prompt, excellent service. This is a really cool auto duplex printer, scanner, copier etc... I finally moved away from problematic Ink Jet printers but found myself in yet another printer entanglement. I bought the MF753cdwii online and it was streaking right out of the box. Spent 4 hrs and a good deal of the starter toner troubleshooting with Canon support. They were knowledgeable and after much troubleshooting and sending of pics etc... they said they were sending a replacement. So.... Well, it arrived yesterday and... they sent my a poorly packed (in a dif copier box) and poorly secured REMAN / REFURB unit. Unbelievable that they would have THAT policy for someone with an issue for a brand spanking new unit right out of the box . The reman is headed straight back and Best Buy provided a replacement that is working fine. What a waste on shipping and everyone's time. All Canon had to do was send me a new, properly packed replacement and I would have been delighted. Instead I packed up the bad one and the Reman, drove 80 miles RT to BestBuy (who swapped me a dif unit), and shipped their reman back to them.

This is probably a great printer. Maybe I'll never know. The setup instructions are the worst I've ever experienced. They start off fine, even though I had to physically go back and forth between the computer and the printer. When it came time to connect my wifi, I choose the easy option but it didn't work. Over and over again. The computer kept directing me to download software but the links all went to the Canon front page. Finally I was able to get a notice that the easy option doesn't work on my computer and I'd have to do it manually. Fine. I did it and it told me it worked. IT SAID IT WAS CORRECT. Then I navigated through Canon's excessively complicated support site and downloaded all 3 (yes 3!) sets of software and installed them. But my computer will not recognize my printer. It's invisible. And when I go to the printer and check wifi, it says it is not connected. But there is no way to actually set that up. That option is gone. It just says it's not connected. I'm sure I will get it to work eventually, which is why it isn't one star. But I haven't had the wherewithal to do the hours of research required to make this happen. Why can't it just work?!

The printer works well once I was able to get a second printer and finally reached out to Canon to resolve a connectivity issue. I actually had to return the initial printer because the Geek squad said that the problem was a faulty printer and that I should take it in to the store to repaired. I went to the nearest store in Greenville, NC only to be told that they didn’t service printers. So I returned the printer to the store that initially purchased it from and purchased the same printer from another store in Raleigh,NC. I had a similar issue with the second printer but reached out to Canon and they resolved the issue. My concerned that after purchasing the Geek squad service they could not resolve the issue and did not refer me to Canon. I travelled over 200 miles and spent at least 12 hours resolving this issue.

I’m extremely impressed with this printer. The print quality is sharp, the colors come out clean and accurate, and it handles both photos and documents with no issues. Setup was simple, the connection is reliable, and it works perfectly for my photography business. It’s fast, efficient, and definitely worth the investment. I highly recommend it to anyone who needs a dependable, high-quality printer.

Only had printer for about a month. Had hiccup with connecting to home network, but now online. Have used the Canon phone app (Android) to connect and print documents from the phone - no issues. Printer prints crisp sharp documents, and is fast at it. Have scanned documents/ID cards from the glass also and images come out well.

This printer meets all my needs and exceeds expectations. Great printer for home office or personal use. High print quality, easy to set up.

It prints and copies clearly in color. The costomer service was outstanding during the wireless setup.

The good: prints super fast, no streaking, colors look good. The annoying: it constantly tells me paper is jammed when there isn't any jammed paper.

This Canon prints intermittently, often I have to turn it off and back on again, or reconnect it to the Wi-Fi. It started not scanning, I called the Geek Squad with the error number, I then had to buy another $179 program to get support, I was on the phone with the tech for hours, they reinstalled some software, it worked briefly, now again won’t scan. I am returning it.
