This ink is what came with the printer, so it’s what we bought to replace the old one. We are skeptical to use knockoffs because of some of the stories about how they leak or dry out easily, so you end up having to buy 2 and at that cost you’re better off paying for this one in the end anyways. Just my 2 cents.

These cartridges are easy to replace and a last a long time too.

I got tired of running out of ink every few weeks or so. Plus, now days very few people stock ink in stores if you don't have one of the newest printers on the market. I had used the longer lasting black cartridge before so I decided to order the longer lasting color ones as well. The ink is still overpriced no matter where you purchase it, but at least I don't have to chance the cartridges as often anymore.

Many ink cartridges, like the "starter" ones that come with your printer, only have enough ink to get you going. I print 5-10 pages a day with my Canon Maxify Printer. It didn't take me long to notice that the ink cartridges marked XL were actually full. Save Money, by these Canon Ink Cartridges!

Purchased a cannon printer which is a smart printer as when ink is low it is automatically sends whichever color is low, no more guessing or buying the wrong color or size. Love this feature as we never have to worry about ink.

I purchased the 1200XL ink cartridges because these cartridges last much longer than the standard 1200 cartridges, whereas the price is not that much more. This alleviates the nuisance to change cartridges frequently.

Good performance. Original manufacturers brand. Works well with printer. Great for printing high quality pics on photo paper. Used canon inks and paper. Relatively expensive but Best Buy members get 15% off.
