*********Buyers be weary********* We bought this printer because of the good reviews and price. However, my girlfriend and I are very disappointed with it. Here are A few common problems we continually having. 1. Electronic devices canno't find or connect to printer, so we continually have to mess around with the settings, which usually requires uninstalling and reinstalling software. 2. Printer is always in a sleep mode and must be "woken up" in order to print, meaning you need to be in the same room, or always walk to where the printer is. 3. Unlike the picture on the website, the front face with the touch screen panel must be flipped up, for the printer to print, which is a huge eye soar poor design. 4. Printer cannot recognize different paper sizes and producers an error codes which has to be addressed making printing a huge pain and inconvenience. It also produces same error code when you try switching from landscape to portrait. 5. installation is done through Website services which is a pain, and time consuming. 6. The touch screen is awful, and is not responsive these are just a few of our most common problems. I would not recommend this printer. By something else with your money. Unfortunately Canon has a 14 day satiation return policy. Since I don't do a lot of printing, most of these problems weren't identified till a month of owning the printer.

Purchased this printer because my previous canon of 3yr stopped printing. It would go through the motions but only whote paper came out. Spent 2hrs at bestbuy looking at printers comparing prices reviews. The canon rep swore by this printer. I was just trying to spend $50 on printer but bought this one $100 because of the ink cartridges. brought it home. set it up. no problems. easy. (im a network tech so im not new to this). it works that day. week later a paper i though printed via cloud didnt print. i blamed it on network connections or printer was powered off. Few weeks later i have to print out some documents and its PITA to print. it either wont print at all, only prints half a page or print the same thing over and over hours later. i cant count on printing anything out in a hurry because its hit or miss. tonight alot the printed spit out 42 pages of useless material. it was doubles of thing i already had, half pages of other stuff. now im getting an alert that 2 of my ink are low. >l very infuriating.

I bought the Canon TS9120 to replace my previous Canon MP620 printer/scanner that was a great little printer that lasted I think about 10 years. I know I will not get that kind of mileage out of this new model. Easy to set up out of the box-I did not do wireless set up. Had some initial trouble with print quality but was able to reach customer support over the phone and they helped me. The printer appeared to be guzzling ink from the few pages I printed with set up and I was very concerned! The inks held up pretty well with low volume document printing, but once you start printing photographs, your ink supply will plummet. It was very odd because I had two that were running low and after replacing them and printing two more photos, all of a sudden two more had to be replaced. I have not had the printer that long, so this was the first ink cartridge replacements. Other than that, the quality and speed are fine and no problems with SD card reader. It is irritating to have to keep pushing buttons on the printer to register paper and whatnot.

When we got this printer, we were surprised to see how easy to read and understand the instructions were! The Quick Setup was true to it's name-- we're still scratching our heads-- and the only problem we had was when we were trying to make it harder than it was to insert the paper tray; ha! This was the first Canon printer we've ever purchased, but because of how easy it was to plug in and start printing, I think we will be buying printers from Canon from now on. . . although, I am hoping we won't need another printer for a long while. I'll have to offer a review of our Canon's durability at another time-- hopefully, many years down the road.

Works and prints as advertised. The speed could be faster, however for an inkjet, what do you expect? I have owned canon inkjet printers for many years and the print quality has yet to be drastically improved. This printer is comparable to a canon printer 15yrs ago, just adds wireless features and the “photo black” cartridge slot. Great printer due to individual tanks, but ink is so costly and runs through pretty quick. I recommend this printer for entry level print users and not for those who want to print a large amount of photos as most retail print services will be cheaper. The setup took less than 5mins and no issues with windows 10.

I cannot say that I am a printer connoisseur. But owning this printer in comparison to an older smart jet printer by HP the differences are evident. This printer has an excessive amount of ink cartridges that are very expensive. Aside from that I found that the signal strength between devices and the printer is not strong, even if I was 2-feet away. This may be due to using Apple products but if it is it shows this product is not Apple friendly. I would not purchase this printer if you are a college student.

Juts returned this printer. A poor excuse fro a product. Almost never connected to our wifi network and thus we could rarely use it to print. Constant error signs yet every other device we use on our network works fine. read other reviews of these same issues. Thought we could trust Canon and not believe other reviews but do believe me when i say you should buy any other printer bit not this one and not Canon. Their quality is now poor.

Got this printer for my teenage kids to print pics on and use for school. This printer has several notebook and graph paper templates so if we run out of paper for school work we can just print out some until we get to the store. The pic quality is amazing and looks better than the print lab at Walgreens. It’s got a easy to use touchscreen and the canon print app is amazing and so helpful. We can even switch easily between that and the 9120 we got for home office.

I bought this printer to replace another that failed after only two months. It's relatively quiet and doesn't take up too much space. It was easy to set up as it practically connected itself to my WiFi. The only problem I've had was when there was a "printer error" and I couldn't figure out how to resolve it. I ended up removing the application from my computer and reinstalling it and it resolved the issue.

When my laser color printer gave up the ghost I stopped making card projects. The sales person at Best Buy was so kind and patient in helping me find an inexpensive printer that would work for me. It prints on card stock paper and I am getting beautiful results. The colors are vibrant and clear. A great feature is the individual color cartridges. My friends are loving the print projects that I am making for them. A fun hobby.

I’ve gone through several of the cheapest printers on the market so I decided to spend a bit more this time and went with this canon printer. I haven’t had any issues with it and it does the job. My only complaint is how the catch tray was designed. It only holds a few finished pages until they start falling off. Besides that minor flaw, I’m overall happy with this purchase. Will update this review if needed.

I bought this printer for its compact size and of course the color white, which are the ONLY good things about it. I have had it for a month now and it has NEVER printed correctly, and JAMS almost every time. The paper doesn't load straight even on the simplest of printing. My husband has literally asked me to stop swearing at it. DO NOT BUY this printer!!!

I really like the price and quality of prints this printer makes. It is great for printing pictures, beautiful. All ink refills are expensive so that's life, my only complaint is that this printer runs out of ink SO fast. Way faster than any printer ive ever owned. But if you don't mind that, it's a great, compact, well priced printer.

I like the size it's smaller than my last printer. It also prints double sided which is an advantage to reduce the amount of paper used. Easy to install and works off wifi so can print from my Mac or iPhone for any room in the house. Only con is that it does not turn on automatically; must turn on manually then print from where you are from your device (tablet, laptop, etc.).

I have only had the printer a few weeks, and not printed a huge number of pages. Nonetheless, I'm quite pleased with this printer. Setup was easy between computer, iPhone 6s and iPad Pro, all wireless. Connectivity has remained rock solid. Print quality is excellent for general print jobs. I don't do a lot of photo printing as Walmart does a good job, and they're cheap. So far, nothing to not like.

I have installed printers before, but this one was a challenge to me! The set up instructions were not that clear. I had to go on line and finally got some help. After holding my breath... success! This all in one has so many features to explore including editing. I am still learning new things. The prints are really quite sharp and good color. A good purchase

Disappointed to discover after setting up this printer that the airprint and wireless print function didn't work. Called customer service to find out that the wireless feature only works on 2G networks. That limitation is not labeled anywhere on the package or even noted in the manual. We had to buy a printer cable to get any use out of this printer.

Bought this printer for my son to take to college. It was easy to set up, looks good, and doesn't take up much room. One feature I really liked is the power cord plugs into a recessed space on the back corner of the printer. This allows the printer to be plugged in and pushed flush up to a wall or cabinet without pinching the power cord. Overall a really nice printer for a great price.

I used this printer to print full page photos for a magazine cover photo booth at a conference. Worked great, no jams or errors. Photo quality was good. Pretty affordable too. I like the fact that there are 5 different ink cartridges (CMYK + Document Black) so you don't waste color ink by changing a whole multi-color ink cartridge out when you just need more blue.

Who ever wrote the user Manuel for this printer left some key information out of it. It wasn't user friendly. You have to leave front lid open to print which is not logical. You have to pull out bottom front tray and paper lever to print. It over queues and prints unnecessary at times. I've owed it for several months now and still trying to figure it out.
