This is my first camcorder and we bought it to use for live-streaming at my church. It was hard trying to find a camera that matched the quality of cell phones these days, but still within a decent price range. As a novice there are many things that I feel this camera can do that I am not aware of. However, the digital download of the user manual makes it fairly easy to search and learn the different functions.

I purchased this item as a really good upgrade for streaming worship services. Most of the reviews were excellent. I unboxed, setup, and used once before the screen became distorted and the camcorder stopped turning on. I contacted Canon and they said it was the sensor. I mentioned that the wrong cord was included in the box as well. Canon will send me a packing slip to return the item, but hopefully through Best Buy's Geek Squad the camcorder can be repaired locally in a fraction of the time. I really hope this can be repaired or replaced quickly so I can utilize the camcorder for all the reasons that I purchased it.
