Captain Marvel might not be in the top 5 of the MCU -- might not even be in the top half -- but that's due to the quality of the MCU as a whole. It's a great debut movie for Carol Danvers, and Samuel Jackson's younger Nick Fury is a true highlight. Well worth a watch!

This movie was alright. My kids were not overly excited about this character considering this is the first time that we have seen her. Her character was somewhat dry. I would still recommend this movie just so you understand her character and where she came from.

At the beginning of the movie it starts off slow but towards the middle it begins to pick up and get very interesting plus the chemistry between Brie Larson and Samuel L. Jackson turn out good, and if you are a superhero fan you should add this movie to you collection.

Captain Marvel was a good origin story, not great, but certainly as good as many of the other ones. Black Panther had a standout intro, although we had him in Civil War for some setup, unlike most of the others. I look forward to seeing CM2, and where they take it.

Excellent special effects, movie looks fantastic in 4K HDR too. Saw this movie in theater and love the special effects and origin story line for Captain Mar Vel. Definite would purchase this again.

We thoroughly enjoyed this movie. It was much better than I expected. I was ready to watch it again the next day! I didn't know much about the lead (Brie Larson), but she was fantastic in the role.

Great movie. Captain Marvel is entertaining and fun. I like it because there is not too much feminism. I'm a women and get tired of pushing that women are more powerful and better than men.

Captain Marvel is a great entry into the MCU. Brie Larson does an amazing job of capturing the most powerful character of the MCU. The movie also does a masterful job of setting up future endeavors.

I really wasn't sure about this movie when it was announced; especially after watching "Infinity War." Disney/Marvel did not disappoint. It's another great movie and ties nicely into the timeline.

This movie is such a fitting continuation to the Avenger's Saga. It is an excellent movie and serves as a great marker to set up for the final movie Avenger's End Game. I think it is a great movie.

I started collecting the Best Buy Exclusive steelbook cases when Doctor Strange came out. Ever since then I have not been disappointed on how great all of them look. Captain Marvel is no exception.

Set in the 90s after Capitan America. This movie is a must watch to understand the origins of Shield, the Avenger Initiative, and the Post Credit Scene at the end of Avengers Infinity War.

I wasn’t expecting much from another super hero movie but I was pleasantly surprised! This held my attention from beginning to end! Awesome acting , story line and effects. Would highly recommend!!

The movie is great and looks great in 4K with some cool extras. That's a given. But the steelbook is also very attractive. Definitely one of the better ones from Marvel/Disney. Highly recommended!

This is a very good start to phase 4 of the MCU and my film professor actually worked on this movie and I have no I idea what aspect of the film he worked on but it turned out really great.

Although this entry in the Marvel saga isn’t really top tier it still had that entertainment value we’ve all come to expect from Marvel. The 90s aspect does give the film a little bit of charm to make up for the confusing setup and the third act is actually a blast.

The movie is a decent origin story for a relatively unknown character. The daytime scenes are absolutely gorgeous in 4K... unfortunately the nighttime/space scenes are underexposed and everything is very dark and hard to see. Overall I still recommend the movie.

I thought in t was OK, my wife really liked it so, I bought it and added to my collection. I don't know if it's my Sony 4k TV, but the darkseid in this movie fade from dark to light back and forth.

Excellent movie. Action packed. Filled with interesting tidbits that explain things you have seen in previous Marvel movies. Overall an enjoyable movie. Looking forward to watching this one again.

Great 4k / BR version. Could have used some more extras. I felt like they kind of phoned it in or rushed this release to market at the expense of better BTS. Still recommend if you're into the MCU.
