Made of Aluminum not Stainless steal!

Sorry to say I returned this item! I did not realize that it was made of aluminum! I will reorder another but this time it will be stainless steel! It is very unhealthy to put your meat through aluminum!

I just used it once, but very happy with the result. 3Lb of pork shoulder was done in about 2 min. I used all meat, with fat and tissues. It was effortless.
