While the numbers were easy to see, and the alarm was loud enough, my mom could not operate the bottoms to set and operate the alarm

purchased for elder person with sight and hearing issues- she could not see the switches for setting alarm or snooze control. We had to return it.

I really like these clocks. I own several and I've given them as gifts to other heavy sleepers. If this clock can't wake you up, then you probably need to see a doctor. Also, I really like the large digits, which are easily seen across the room. Lastly, it's a good-looking clock that is loaded with all the bells and whistles you'll ever need: battery back-up, pillow vibrator, bedside lamp control, variable sound generator, adjustable volume and snooze button.

It help me to woke up from clock alarm come with flash light connect to lamp. Less worried about time. I love it.

Received it at end of day -- used it that night, then returned it following day. This product does not do what the manufacturer represents and does not perform the way the packaged instructions state. The most important reason for the return was that the instructions say the AUTO SNOOZE can be selected every 5 minutes up to 1 hour: not true with what I got. At first I thought I was just me, but then I wasted tons of time experimenting .... this thing will not sound/vibrate after hitting the snooze button after 5th or 6th try ...so the manufacturer's instructions should have read that snooze will not work after about an 1/2 hour. What else about the manufacturer instructions are not accurate. This product was a waste of my money and time. However, the BRIGHT SIDE was how the store handled everything. Although I had purchased this through Best Buy on-line, I was able to return by walking into my neighborhood Best Buy without any problems, just like Best Buy had represented on-line -- that was the only thing positive.
