This cooler is a great buy for the price. If you have a standard size case then it will fit just fine. The cooling is much better than the stock amd wraith cooler on my am3 fx series 8 core. I don't overclock so I have no opinion on that. The led function is controllable by the standalone buttons it comes with or by your motherboard if that feature is available. Sure the buttons seem cheap but these things were intended to be board controlled so not many options for manual control. As far as installing it wasn't too bad. Take your time, read the directions, and everything will be just fine.

I bought this cooler because the cooler that came with my pc was loud and hot. I can say that this cooler is definitely not only quieter, but also performs leaps and bounds better than my old one. I have attached and image of my thermals using this cooler and Thermal Take TG-7 (which you can also get at best buy) as my thermal compound. My test was running 5M based off of GTA5 with graphics mods and reshaders at 1080p Ultra/Very High settings for about 30-45 minutes. I experienced 0 thermal throttles as shown by third party software and at the peak reached 61C averaging around 50C. And this was all done on a Intel I7 boosted to 4.7GHz. Unless you are running some NASA level CPU this cooler with the proper thermal paste should do the job for you just great. If you find you need more airflow you can also get a second fan as this comes with the mounting brackets for a second fan and a fan splitter so you can run both fans off of the CPU 1 header if your motherboard doesn't have two CPU headers. Installation was honestly pretty easy. And this is coming from someone who just did this for the first time ever. When installing be careful as it is pretty easy to cut your fingers on the blades of the heatsink, but other than that is 15 minutes of work and you're done. I think this cooler will stay with me even when I build a whole new PC in a couple of years. For $40 you cant beat it. As a side note to those of you considering the non RGB version of this cooler it should be know that it moves less air through the heatsink than the RGB version. If you don't want the lights just don't plug in the RGB header as the Higher Cubic Feet per Minute of the RGB version is worth it for an extra dollar.

Buyer beware: this cooler is very large! It almost didn’t fit inside my case so definitely make sure you have the clearance inside your case to use it. If you do, this is an amazing air cooler! When my i5 9600k is at full load, it stays under 45 degrees Celsius! I haven’t overclocked my CPU, but the cooler effortlessly keeps my CPU temperature in check. The only big issue is that with this cooler, it was impossible to go quad channel RAM as it covered up the closest RAM connector to the CPU. Other than that, great cooler!

This is a really good cpu cooler. The processor never overheats and keeps my system nice and cool. I haven’t had any issues especially when I’m playing games on max settings. The fan is sorta quiet but I don’t hear much since I’m always wearing headphones. I would definitely get this cpu cooler instead of using the stock cooler that comes with your cpu. It’s also at a reasonable price which is nice. And it has rgb which adds some color to my pc. Honestly I would recommend this to everyone looking for a cpu cooler but in a fan version.

This has been my go to air cooler when they're in stock. The latest CPU I've put it on is an Ryzen 5 3600X. I added another fan for push-pull configuration. It looks fantastic with the black coloring and the Cooler Master logo. RGB fan that is included is pretty bright, and decent quality. Installation is not bad at all. Comes with actual controller but it's useful unless you can figure out how to route it outside of the case. Best thing to do is connect to Motherboard's 12V RGB header, or another hardware controller RGB controller. I'll be using this air cooler future builds.

The price of this was very reasonable and I love how it comes with the color versions. You can also change the steadiness of how the colors display. As far as performance, it's keeps my CPU temperatures down. I definitely would recommend this product.

This thing drops my i7-8700k temps by roughly 20 degrees. I was previously using the stock Intel cooler that came with my i3 on my new i7, which obviously's a bad idea. Assembly wasn't so bad. The real tricky part for me was aligning the heatsink to the cpu and applying the right amount of thermal paste. Get the wrong amount and cooler wont let you screw it in. Or maybe its just me since this' my first computer i've ever built. Im using a mid-tower case by the way and fits just fine. Photo might give you an idea of scale. RGB is a plus! I love the lighting. Bought it on sale at around $38. Overall, its a very good product from Cooler Master. Would recommend!

Great looking cpu cooler I am using it for my i7-10700 processor. Works perfectly fine with Z490 LGA1200 socket (which is not mentioned on box or in specs) so even if you have lga1200, this will fit. Instructions are not easy to follow which is the case for almost every pc hardware I bought. You can search on youtube for better instructions.

Runs 8-10 degrees celsius cooler than the stock cooler on my Ryzen 5 3600x. The Wraith Spire cooler never exceeded 80celcius but I wanted to add some color and clean up the build. This runs a bit cooler and more silent, and looks much better. I got it for $30 with rewards, worth it at that price. But for $50 I don't think it would be worth it. If you plan to do heavy overclocking, then a more expensive Noctua or liquid cooler would be recommend. The benefits of overclocking didn't really seem great to me though, so I stuck with this affordable option and it serves me well.

Easy to install with excellent instructions and quality materials. Able to overclock Ryzen 3600 to 4.4 and 4.3 stable during gaming with a less than decent case off Amazon. Would recommend if AIO coolers are out of the budget or doesn't make sense spending extra unless you prefer the cool aesthetic.

Easy to install, looks really cool and significantly decreased my CPU temp( Ryzen 7 x2700). On Cold War I was consistently running around 80 degrees using stock AMD cooler. After installing, I'm maxing out at 65 degrees. Would definitely recommend if looking to upgrade from stock cooler.

I got this CPU cooler over the Stealth Wraith that comes wirh the 5600X. Was not difficult to install and dropped my full load temp from 95 degrees to 79. RGB looks great as well. The fan doesn't stay all the way in on the bottom side, but does not come off. Not sure if normal, but kind of bothered me.

My idle temps went from 47c to 24c which is a great thing. I was able to overclock a ryzen 5 2600 to 4000mhz or 4.0. The fan is very quiet. Works well with MSI mystic light. This is a great cooler. Very easy to install as well. Oh and it does come with thermal paste.

Running a Ryzen 3600XT and this dropped my temps considerably. Stock cooler was 79 degrees celcius while playing cyberpunk 2077. With the coolrr it sits around 63 degrees at highest. Would reccomend for sure. It comes with one fan however it does come with hardware to take a coolermaster sf120R ARGB fan and make it connect to the cooler for a dual fan setup.

Great cooler and I get much better temps with this than the stock AMD cooler that came with my Ryzen 3600. Fits in my build perfectly. Plus the RGB works natively with my motherboard - you don’t need to use the controller that comes with it if you don’t want to.

This CPU fans keeps your system really cooled off. I barely hit 32 degrees with this on my CPU. It's a 9600K and barely gets warm. The RGB is really easy to set-up. Definitely recommend if you need the best CPU cooler.
