Temps can reach 91 deg with a Blender render at full load for 4 min. For games the temps stay within 70-80 deg. This would not cut it for a 12th gen i9. It works but is showing its age with modern CPUs. I wouldn't see it being good for i7 or i9 Intel 13th gen or AMD 7800 or higher.

I used 240mm H110iv2 and as long as it worked, it kept the temperatures very cool. Later I replaced that with this and it did not work no matter how many times I reseated and the liquid cooler. Eventually I moved onto Thermaltake CPU fan and overclocking 3.9GHz processor to 4.5GHz, I was able to keep the temperatures below 65 degrees at all times. Would recommend CPU fan over this liquid cooler or go for 240mm liquid cooler.
