This one has the thinner radiator compared to the newer (2018) model. I was told that one has an upgraded pump with LED (not that lights really matter). Works great on a small form factor builds when you can't fit anything bigger than this cooler. Just don't expect the same performance. I'm just surprised that this is priced the same as the newer model.
