The fan was kind of loud and I noticed after I swapped it out that it was definitely the stock fan. I upgraded this to the huge rgb CPU cooler with 2 fans. Go figure. Ya spend more, ya get better stuff. Cooled just fine. Better than a fan alone. I'd recommend it if you're on a budget and want to liquid cool. Just be aware that the fan is not amazing.
