Customers are saying

Customers love the Hydro Series 120mm Liquid Cooling System's excellent cooling performance and ease of installation. Many appreciate its quiet operation and good value for the price. While some users experienced issues with the pump or pre-applied thermal paste, the positive feedback on cooling and ease of use outweighs these concerns. The system's compatibility with various systems is also frequently praised.

Noisiest AIO I've ever used, and I've used like thirty. The pump will not shut up in any configuration and the thermal paste preapplied is of poor quality.

Had this AIO for maybe about 2 weeks until the pump stopped working. Maybe I had a bad unit, but at first this AIO has kept my cpu cooled down about 10 degrees C less than my stock fan, now the cpu overheated and then shut my pc down, multiple times, I tired on a different mobo and cpu and again the same problem. I have already contacted Corsair about this issue, and I am now awaiting RMA. I would not buy this product again. Maybe the dual fan radiator ones are far better, but right now just because of this I wouldn’t get this model.

Originally tried to install this on an Intel i5 2.5ghz, didn't sit properly. I thought oh well, I'm getting a Ryzen 7 3700x soon. Installed it on that, sat perfectly. I could feel the fans moving air, the pumps were running. Within 5 minutes of booting the computer, it crashed due to the CPU overheating. There was plenty of thermal paste, I had bought a tube of it to be safe. I absolutely do not recommend this as it was a waste of money.

Corsair WAS a good company with Great products.. Now they have grown too much and quality suffers. This thing leaked all over my board destroying my PC. I know its non conductive liquid but put any type of liquid in a PCIE slot with a GPU running and other chips on the board.. It's gonna destroy it. 1. Saw my CPU heat usage spike. 2. couldn't figure it out software wise. 3. Opened up the PC to check the CPU. (sure enough soaking wet with leaks from the cooling head.

The Salesperson Grosley misrepresented the product. I have two AMD Computers, one is a Ryzen 5 and the other Computer is an AMD Ryzen 5 CPU system. I have NOT been able to use the cooler on either Computer. I tried to contact the manufacturer's customer service department about getting the proper hardware bracket to use it, I was told I would be contacted in one day or less, but that almost a week ago -- still have NOT heard a thing. I probably will NEVER shop at Best Buy again nor would I ever consider buying a Corsair product again!

Definitely do not recommend this product. The AIO performance is Subpar and the fan is EXTREMELY cheap and flimsy. You are definitely better off with a different/larger cooler. Running this on my Ryzen 3700x (purely office work) and it made no changes to the temperature of the CPU. Consistenly kept the temp at 75C or higher. Put in more money to get a good AIO or just hold off on until you can get a better/larger one.

      Hi Bren,

Thank you so much for the feedback, as this is our smaller cooler, we do have larger radiator coolers which provide higher performance. We would recommend an H100i Elite Capellix or H115i Elite Capellix if you're looking for higher performance. If you have any further questions about the coolers, please feel free to contact our support team: support.corsair.com

    Good with limitations

The Corsair H60, a 120mm all-in-one cooler, is a good product so long as you realize what it is. A 120mm cooler will not tend to run your CPU any cooler than a mid-range aftermarket aircooler. It is only a couple degrees cooler than the included cooler, in some cases (Looking at you, Wraith Spire, for being a good included cooling solution). What a 120mm cooler will do is allow you to get the same cooling performance of a large aftermarket cooling tower in a much smaller package. While many cases, including small form factor mATX and mITX cases, support thin 240mm radiators, most people do not desire (or need) a $120+ cooling solution in those form factors. The H60 provides a middle ground between more expensive solutions, and cheaper but MUCH larger solutions, and it fulfills this role admirably. The pump is small, and the hoses do not interfere with RAM. The included brackets cover the gamut of modern (and two-ish generations back) mainstream processor sockets, so you are highly likely to be able to use it out of the box no matter if you are team blue or team red. The included AM3/+ bracket even works on AM4 sockets, thanks to AMD's choice to use the same hook-mount specifications as AM3. How much of a pain that particular mounting system is, that's something else. The pre-applied thermal paste is quality, and saves some effort. Really, even if you purchase more expensive pastes to replace it with, you MIGHT shave a single degree off your temperatures. The hoses on this particular model are a matte rubber. Nothing fancy, but robust and flexible. The radiator itself is a thin radiator, which provides a large amount of clearance even when coupled with a standard fan, without needing to purchase a more expensive (and yet lower-performing) thin-line fan. The thinner radiator does not significantly impact its performance, as the actual overall size is much, much more important than thickness (120 vs 240 vs 280 etc) Overall, I would recommend this cooler to someone who really only needs a $40ish aftermarket air solution, but either wants a clean look, or has no way to fit that absolutely HUGE heatsink.
