Beautify headset. Sound quality is great, earmuffs are comfortable, long wireless range, and it's made of quality materials. The only downside I noticed was that there is no sound boost for the microphone, so people sometimes have trouble hearing me.

Been using the wired Vengeance 1500 for a few years and been very happy with. I tried the wireless Vengeance 2100 a year ago or so and returned it for several reasons (too heavy, short battery life, does not adjust to small heads, and buzzing microphone).
I'm very happy with the Void SE. Here is why:
- I have a small head, and the void feels fitting perfectly (unlike the Vengeance 2100)
- It feel much more comfortable than the Vengeance 2100, easy on the neck, ears and top of the head. Can wear it for several hours without noticing it.
- Solid construction (the aluminium arms are actual aluminium or metal)
- The sound quality is great within a nice range (tested within 20 feet or so). I'm not a gamer but spend several hours a day on Spotify and Skype.
- The microphone is excellent AS LONG AS you adjust the microphone arm. It's a flexible arm and out of the box sticks straight and does not catch any voice, I suppose that's because of the very good noise filter. Once adjusted near the mouth, the sound is excellent (according to the people I talk too on Skype). The mic arm remains formed when being flipped up and back to/from the rest position. A plus.
- The battery seems to be holding pretty well, at least a normal day of use (unlike the Vengeance 2100). I like the auto-off feature (I think it's set to 10 minutes). I also noticed that it can be used while charging (in a non-wireless mode of some sort).
What needs improvements and what I don't like:
- There is a light feedback on the microphone when the mic is on mute... Unless I grow a 3rd eye or install a mirror on my desk, I can't see it. It can be tricky when using Skype. One good thing is that there is a different sound feedback when turning it on/off.
- Everything that's software feels clunky and unusable (custom user settings, etc). But once it's setup it works great.
- The mini USB charging port on the headset is... mini.
- The LED thing... oh my... good news is that it can just be ignored and turned off
This unit is a keeper :-)

First of, a little bit about me. I consider myself to be a gaming enthusiast and I have owned previous versions of Corsair's Headsets such as the 2100 and H2100. (H2100 earcups were made of a much better material then the 2100) but nevermind that because the VOID RBG SE is very impressive. Its made of mostly metal with some yellow colored plastic accents (Even on the usb cables) and although it has some weight to it the way Corsair designed the frame makes it relax on your head in a great way. It also doesn't feel like its going to slide off if you lean to the side or look down. They've gone away from the metal wheel the 2100's had and replaced it with the Cue control switch which I'm still trying to get used to. The earcups are a much appreciated improval with the flat bottoms. They relax around your ears much more comfortably. The round earcups found on other headsets would pinch a nerve or cause a pain right behind my ears after a few hours of use forcing me to take them off for an hour or so. But heres some things that I've noticed so far that I'm loving.
Pros:
Metal Frame feels solid
RGB colors are bright and accurate
Flat bottom ear cups are very comfortable
You can tell its 7.1 Dolby Digital Surround sound
Battery life off of a single charge is awesome
My only con is that its Yellow. I understand that this is the Yellowjacket version so I wont hold it against them. The color is starting to grow on me.
P.S PLEASE. Please. Download the Corsair Utility Engine (CUE) software for the headset off of their website. It will work without it but depending on your computer it may not set up correctly if you just plug and play.

I really enjoy the versatility of this headset. I use it alot on my playstation 4. I like that its plug and play in terms of just poping in the usb receiver into the console. The only limitation is that the volume has to be controlled from the consoles on screen menu when you hold the home button on your controller and then select the headphone volume level. Other than that is great.
When using it on the PC it shines even more as the corsair software is excellent in terms of being able to control all the eq settings, rgb color settings etc..
The build quality of the headphones are very good and seem to be very durable. the soft rubberized microphone is flexible and robust. The metal parts of the frame that connects the earpieces to the headband show off that premium feel and look. It also has the added benefit of being strong, but light weight.
The rgb color is a nice touch that can be turned off if you dont like it or want to save more power, but ive noticed i rarely ever run out of battery life to the point where i would need to plug them in.
The audio is clear and crisp. The inner lining of the cups that go over your ears is very soft but firm enough to not put pressure in the wrong places. I can wear this headset for hours on end without getting that overheated or painful pressure points on my head.
overall a great product for what you get at a decent price point.

I have used many headsets by Razer, SteelSeries, Plantronics, but this beats them all. Great sound, awesome comfort all day long, superb battery life 16 hours wireless non-stop. You can walk downstairs, or into other rooms, even outside my hours and it still works well. Rugged construction too, so these will not break even with daily use after many months.

Great Wireless Solution for PC Setup

The first thing I noticed about the how light it was. I thought it felt cheap and flimsy at first and I can see how alot of people would too but that's what add to the comfort of this headset. It had aluminum on some part and nice breathable earpads and headrest which really helps reduce fatigue and long usage. I can't talk about durability since I've only been using these for a few days.
The sound quality isn't going to be stellar or studio quality but for gaming, movies, and music, this headset is amazing. I thought the audio fidelity would be decreased since it's wireless but it's solid especially with the EQ presets in the software. The mic did take a hit but it serves its purpose for gaming but don't use for recording anything professional.
The setup is literally plug and play and you're on your way but if you spend an additional 10 minutes, use the software to complete your setup. Turn off the useless RGB LED to dramatically improve battery life. Also the software allows you to use Dolby sound and along with some configuration that wouldn't be possible without the software. I would say it's a must to use the software which isn't ideal for everyone.
The wireless range is amazing. I have used the usb stick only and the signal through walls and basement is amazing. I didn't expect that at all granted my dwelling is a bit smaller than most. It should handle a 1-2 bedroom apartment easily. I never used the wireless amplifier but I can only imagine good things. The cord it came with is about standard length I believe which is around 5 1/2 feet.
The design of the headset is pretty solid overall. Everything you need is on the left side of the headset. The power button is a 3 sec hold to turn off and on. Mute is a one press with audible cue and visual cue (red LED) on the mic to let you know if you're on a live mic or not. The volume rocker is great and pressing the rocker allows you to switch through the EQ presets or create your own. The color choice of these SE which are exclusive to BB is a subjective choice. I don't care for yellow on black but some Hawkeyes fan might like it.
Final conclusion is these are an amazing wireless gaming solution for PC and PC only as they don't work on other consoles/platforms. I would have love to see some bluetooth to use these with your mobile device but at around $70, these are worth it. These are going to be my daily headset for a long time.

This headset looks very nerdy so I try not to address them as a fashion statement. At the time I purchased the headset on sale which I suggest everyone wait and do. The default sound quality is equal to if not better than Razer's Kraken Headsets. The software provided by Corsair is very useful and I have not had any issues tuning the headset to my preferred levels. I use this headset with a custom PC and a PS4. Because Corsair's equalizer software is only for PC I do see better audio coming from my PC because of my customized settings. This is not to say that audio performance on the PS4 is sub-par. While playing titles such as Star Wars Battlefront and Black Ops 3 I can hear with the greatest detail the work that the game developers have done with the audio. The comfort level of the Corsair Void is much better than my Razer Kraken. The ear cups are covered with a fabric that is comfortable. The ear pads and headband pads are constructed with a squishy material that is firm enough to keep the headset from sliding around on your head but soft enough to where you can wear this headset for hours. I often forget that I have them on. On a more critical note I would like to see the ability to be able to turn off all lighting functions to reserve some battery life. Additionally the microphone boom is not adjustable other than in a vertical rotation. The boom places the end of the microphone so close to my face sometimes I feel like it might get stuck in my mouth if I dare speak towards it. Overall I purchased this with the expectation of high quality audio and less from a communication standpoint and I am happy with my purchase.

The headset fits well and can be adjusted to how tight it is. It is a bit on the heavy side but that is to be expected with the weight of the battery on a wireless unit.
Several things I am getting use to. 1) it shuts off the mic if you go out of range. 2) if inactive it shuts the whole headset off on its own. 3) the mute button doesn't seem to work to unmute, I have to turn the headset off and back on. 4) the distance extender it came with is junk, I was always losing signal while using it. Using just a USB extension cord now and works fine.
The sound you get is wonderful and the voice clarity is great. The charge on the battery is a good full day using it non stop.

There are better headsets that cost 2-3 times as much. This one varies in price regularly and if you get it on sale it is one of the best headsets you can buy for the price. Works great on PC as its intended purpose. It will also work on PS4 even though you miss some of the features. Comfortable to wear and easy enough software to get set up on PC.

Easily one of the most comfortable gaming headsets I've ever used. And the sound quality is very impressive as well. There is no passive noise cancellation as the cups for the ears are a mesh fabric instead of leather so it's very breathable as well. Great price for wireless and now my main headset for my PC. Battery life is exceptional and can be used plugged in via micro USB if needed.

I bought this for $40 at a deep discount when it was on sale, plus a coupon I got from Best Buy through My Offers. For $40, this thing is great value for the price. Would I have paid full price for it? Probably not, since I'm super cheap, but if I had been magically granted the knowledge I have of it now...probably. One of the biggest issues I have had with headsets is the past has to do with the fact that I wear glasses. Most headsets I've used compress the temples into the sides of my head and give me a headache after protracted use, but these ones don't. The ear cups are made of memory foam so once they're on, they conform to my ear and the side of my head, this includes my glasses' temples, which relieves a lot of the pressure. I've worn this for upwards of 6 hours at a time and have yet to get a headache from it. There is also memory foam along the underside of the headband portion so that it fits snugly. The band itself is adjustable to a large degree to accommodate a wide range of head sizes. Sound quality is good. No complaints there, and the microphone seems fine as well. I haven't had anyone say they weren't able to hear me or that I sounded staticy or anything. All in all, very solid product. Comfortable and functional.

I got these for dirt cheap through a deal but can vouch that they are actually quite nice. They are relatively light, sport great bass and are very comfortable on the head. I also tested the surround sound in PUBG and it was on point. Depth, distance, range. It was great. Definitely give them a buy if you are looking for nice high quality headset.

Honestly this headset is so comfortable. I can game for hours without them hurting my head. The cushions are Fluffy, As someone who wears glasses they do not pinch my head at all. The ear cups allow my ears to go inside the cups which is better then resting over the ear. Sometimes I don't realize that they are on my head. The light on the side constantly change and are always on, but do not affect the battery life which lasts hours. Personally I couldn't tell you how long they last but do last longer than my other headsets. Included also was a Usb Extension dock which makes the transfer to other devices Easy if the back of your computer is hard to reach.
My only qualm with them is I bought them to use with my ps4 but ps4 does not support the software provided on the usb dongle so they don't have the sound power as they do on the pc. Though i do realize that these are pc headphones that was my own fault. Also these do not have a Aux Port which could of been useful.

I purchased this during a sale that stacked with a My BB offer so I ended up getting this for $10.81 shipped! I can’t complain at that price. The audio is pretty good and it’s fairly lightweight. The RGB drains battery life like crazy so I turned it off. With them off though, I often forget that they even need charging. They last forever! My only somewhat major grip is the headband doesn’t seem to fit on my head perfectly. Keep in mind I have a pretty large head so I have it adjust it to the max. Even though it fits well, I feel the headband is placed far too forward on the head and it feels like if I lean forward, it would roll off. Other than that though, an excellent headset. The new Pro model has since shipped but only thing it changes is the earcup material for the most part. It’s primarily a PC headset but it will work on PS4.... kinda. The volume will permanently be set to half volume since the volume rocker on the headset itself has no drivers to work on the PS4.

This is one of the better sounding headsets I've ever had, with an even more impressive wireless range. The comfort is above average as well, and results in no fatigue from constant use. The only issue I have found so far is the short battery life. But even this can be extended by disabling the colored LEDs. Overall great product!
