Fridge was delivered with a dent and a cracked pull out tray. I messaged Best Buy support and they offered a $10 refund on the purchase, which was less than 5% of the total purchase price. I then asked for $20, which would be enough for me to go buy the tools necessary to fix the dent myself. Best Buy came back with a $12 refund offer… Are you kidding me? I NEVER leave bad reviews, but somehow I feel obligated to write this one. As a former Best Buy employee, and now a Best Buy Total member, I expected a much better response. Your loyal customers deserve a much better experience.
