No plug/adapter - tree is useless.

No plug - I have a tree without the proper adapter (plug) to operate the tree. Contacted Costway per instructions on Best Buy's website. Customer service said they are out of plugs and would I wait a month. So, Christmas Day I would receive a plug for my tree? So, if I want to use this tree now, I must purchase a plug somewhere else. I am a long time Best Buy customer, but terrible customer service on this one.
