After 2 back surgeries and a recurring issue with my back, I couldn't handle a regular chair anymore. I took the risk and purchased this. GREAT HELP!!! It is not a miracle worker, but it is definitely a huge difference. The handle to recline is in a slight awkward spot, and the foot rest is a little hard to pull out. Other than that, I am pretty satisfied!

It's good but not as expected. The wheels are very cheap so I replaced them with better ones from Amazon. The foot rest when closed can be felt by the inner part of your leg when it's closed. The foot rest when open does not feel very sturdy so I doubt it will last long if using it daily. The back part of the chair does not reclining like a normal office chair as it does not really have tension it's just loose until you lock it in position. I personally would have returned it but I used promo certificates from best buy rewards that I would lose about $70 if I returned it.

I'm a really large person and this chair holds me easily. Plus the level of comfortability and assembly is amazing

I was skeptical about buying this with reading the other reviews, but for the price I had to see for myself. It was a gift for my husband who works from home. He loves the chair! He has no problem with the firmness. He loves that it can go lower than other chairs he has owned.

I’m a big guy and I am able to sit very comfortably in this chair. I personally removed the leg extension as I found it rubs and pushes against my legs as I’m sitting and working and it’s really not long enough to stretch my legs out comfortably.

Only got about a year out of it. The back locking mechanism ended up giving out so I can't put any weight on the back of it. Im currentlynin the process of buying a new chair from somewhere else. For what it cost and it was comfy its not a bad purchase fornwhat it costs, just wish it lasted longer.

Chair doesn't go back and forth at the back end. You can only set it to a set position but doesn't move afterward. Wheels suck too, already sticking. Last, the chair cushion is smashed in only after 2 weeks of usage. Buy something better on Amazon!

The seat is very hard, not great for long shifts. Back support is uncomfortable, not great for tall people. Arm wrests are short. Best thing about the chair is how you can control how far you sit back or forward. Other then that I do not recommend this chair if you work full time from home

I bought (2) of these chairs and for what they cost are bu far the worst chairs i have ever had in my home. Regardless of the cost tuese are the most uncomfortable chairs even with a purple cushion to try and help. I swear im going to end up with hymroids if i continie to use these chairs that is how aweful they are. Any chair has to be better then this. Highly would NOT recommend. Dont waste your money. These chairs ate going to the dump.
