But, I have to say customer service is not good . My daughters has a crux and it is a few months out of the warranty and the machine just stopped working entirely. First the plug was extremely hot and then it just died . The first year it was hardly used. Really disappointed with their customer service.

Works good, my only complaint is I wish the buttons were configured differently. I frequently accidentally shut it off instead of starting it due to placement.
