    WORTH IT

This PC is really amazing for the $1299.00 price tag. Even more so because of the mouse and keyboard combo it comes with for those who need it. It has an ASUS 3060ti dual mini and it performs really well. Which we all know the higher tiered GPUs have become a hot commodity due to the chip shortage. This PC has ONE shortcoming, and it’s hardly an issue. The stock CPU cooler is not the best, when playing certain games the cpu did reach temps of 85*C. It Never throttled but that is pretty close to the tolerance most have for their CPUs. I upgraded it to the Corsair Hydro Series 120mm because it was a cheap ($70) and very efficient CPU cooler. Since that ONE change, the PC has been PERFECT. My CPU never goes above 55*C and because it’s cooler the case temps are lower too, my GPU might hit temps of 66*C on certain games on “ultra high” settings and after hours of gaming, but that’s perfectly acceptable to me. Overall buy this PC. It’s so worth it. Don’t let the few negative reviews steer you away like it almost did me! Here’s a picture of the new Fan configuration with the corsair CPU cooler. 3 intake fans and one exhaust.

This is my first gaming pc and i was going the route of building one with a ryzen 7 and a 3060ti, i could not find a gpu for the life of me and ended up finding this pc on best buy with the specs i wanted, after receiving the pc it was very easy to set up and it was up and running within 30 minutes, out of curiosity i checked the prices for the components in the pc and all were name brand components besides the fans and the case which were cyberpc components and the price of the the complete pc was cheaper than buying all the parts and assembling myself. very please with my persuade.

Great PC overall, very easy to set up, even comes with a keyboard and mouse, for those wondering how to change the LED colors, there is a button on the pc itself that allows you to do so. And for the keyboard you will press alt+PRTSC to change color. Overall highly satisfied, you really get you bang for the buck on this one.

I was searching for a gaming computer for my 14 year old son for months. He wanted speed, a 3060 for gaming, plus a large amount of storage for school. Most of the computers I found were nearly $2k. When this computer appeared for $1,299, I thought it had to be a misprint. Thankfully, it was the true price. This computer is an amazing deal, and is extremely fast. We are most pleased with the ease of setup, and the Windows 11 upgrade was simple. Very happy!!

This is a really great pc for those who are starting to get into fps games. I ran destiny 2 for just an hour and the performance was flawless. One thing I would like to say is that the cpu temperature climbs up pretty fast, and it leaves a little smoky smell in the room, but a problem like that can be dealt with easily by installing a liquid cooling system for the cpu. Overall, great pc

Bought pre-built because of the market for GPU's. It was very straight forward out of the box. Just remove the packaging and it was plug-and-play. With RAM, factory settings aren't always optimized so you have to manually go in and ensure all the RAM is in use. This was not the case as this pre-built came already optimize. That attention to detail felt reassuring that this PC was put together by professionals. Only complaint is that Nvidia Control Panel had to be manually downloaded to get 144fps out of the box. This could easily be overlooked by anyone who is new to PC gaming.

If you are like me and have never had a gaming pc, this is definitely the one I would recommend in the current chip shortage. Any minor inconveniences are easily justified with the price vs any other prebuilt, and the ones that aren’t, can be fixed for very little price wise (this PC does run on the warmer side!!) My PC came with the Gigabyte Eagle 3060ti, I saw some reviews describing an ASUS mini 3060ti, so your mileage may vary with GPU model and quality. I am able to play basically any game I want, and have run into 0 issues so far. 1440p, Ultra, and 100 fps is more common than not. System is VR capable and I played with no issues so far. I also write software and Visual Studio runs ALOT faster than it did on my laptop. Am able to easily multitask with edge, visual studio, and other productivity programs in the background. PROS: - Computer is SNAPPY. Very happy with the performance of the CPU, SSD, and Graphics Card. Performance was not a worry of mine. - Set up was easy - No Bloatware or unnessesary programs installed. About as clean of a prebuilt PC as you can ask for. - Computer looks nice, rgb lighting isn’t overwhelming. I don’t particularly care about rgb lighting however. - You can replace every part of the computer yourself! Uses regular off the shelf components, so if you want a new graphics card, or a new processor, you can swap them out! -My RAM was already configured to run at the highest speed (3200mhz) out of the box. CONS: - Do not be mistaken, this computer can run HOT in some games. Like, hot enough to make the side panel glass extremely warm to the touch. Im not super familiar with the COOLER MASTER CPU cooler, but I don’t think it’s enough to tame the 3700x at full load. Saw upper 80 degrees pretty routinely. GPU temps fluctuated pretty heavily. I think the case needs much better case fans than what’s included. - the included fans have a “whirrrr” noise to them that is quite annoying. It’s not HORRIBLE, but can be noticeable. -this is a smaller motherboard. As such, you are limited in some upgrade paths. Only two sticks of ram supported, I only see one space for an SSD. ( I could be mistaken!) would’ve liked a bigger motherboard with more upgrade ability. - The rgb control software didn’t install correctly, and trying to download it from ASUS doesn’t work. Not sure what’s going on there. Like I said, not a huge deal, since I don’t care for RGB too much. -if you aren’t familiar with pc building, there’s not much included info about the case. Makes it hard to determine what fans you can fit, how big of a cpu cooler, etc. The case fans look like 120mm, but I’m calling cyber power just to confirm. -does not have wifi built in, comes with a dinky little wifi adapter, that did not seem to give me close to my internet bandwidth. Hardwire if you can, buy a different adapter form Best Buy, or get a motherboard that can support WIFI. WHAT WOULD I CHANGE? - I really recommend getting some high quality case fans if you intend to stay in this case. I’m ordering a Noctua NH-U12S CPU cooler, and some Noctua case fans. Those are top of the line, and you can very easily get some Corsair case fans or better CPU cooler for much cheaper than me. What’s included just isnt enough for long gaming sessions, with them being hot and noisy. I might also swap to a new case altogether. The Corsair 4000D looks right up my alley. - If you’re comfortable, a new motherboard in the future isn’t a bad idea. You’ll have much more upgrade ability in the future, plus you can get one with wifi built in, if that suits your fancy. -GET A WARRANTY! My box was damaged in shipping, luckily my pc was okay. And there’s plenty of negative reviews saying that they got worse parts than I did, which may fail soon. Best Buy covers accidental handling, so it gives you that piece of mind if you damage it moving it or trying to check on parts. It’s just a good idea to cover this product. In summary, this PC isn’t perfect, but at $1299, there’s nothing close. I can play most games at 1440p ultra or high with 90+ FPS. If you’re willing to buy some fans and a new CPU cooler, I think it’s an amazing deal, because even buying those parts will put you at a lower price than buying an equivalently specced system from another manufacturer. Even with its issues, I’m very happy with my purchase!

I have to say, I am very impressed with this rig. It is very well put together and the shipping was fast as well. I bought it from Best Buy. The GPU is an ASUS GeForce RTX 3060 Ti, RAM are T-Force at 3200 Mhz, the CPU cooler which is a cooler master is probably the only item I would upgrade in the future along with a bigger SSD. The SSD that came with it is a 500GB. Overall great rig and I'd definitely buy from Cyberpower PC again.

PC arrived with defective graphics card. After spending several hours troubleshooting and multiple trips to Best Buy locations, the manufacturer initiated an exchange for another GPU. I was forced to remove the card myself, as the CyberPowerPC would not authorize Best Buy to service the unit. Two weeks later, a replacement card arrived. It, too, was non functional. The only recourse that I was offered was to remove and send away for exchange the already replaced graphics card. I chose to return the entire system for a refund. I will never again purchase a CyberPowerPC product.

This PC is great for the money. Mine came almost a whole week early and it came looking much nicer/had better parts than what was shown in the pictures. Crushes most games that I play with ease. For example, in the pictures, the motherboard seems to be an a320m, but mine arrrived with an ASUS Prime B550. The power supply is an EVGA 600GD 80plus gold, but according to another persons review, they recieved a white rated power supply. I suppose what I'm trying to say is, your mileage may vary. I appear to have gotten pretty lucky with what they had on hand to assemble mine with. CONS: Only con I can think of is that the CPU cooler is not amazing and I would recommend swapping it out. 50-60C temps while idling isn't great. Also two of my fans RGB didn't work out of the box, but it just turned out that the RGB cables were disconnected in back. Minor QC issue. Overall a great build and I'm super happy with mine.

Ended up buying one of these Gamer Master builds through my local best Buy recently, and in the 3 weeks I've had it I've been pretty impressed for the most part. Runs nice and quiet, it handles ultra high settings very well on everything I've run on it so far, anything from emulators to Call of Duty Warzone. Very few minor issues I've had consist of one of the stock RGB fans that came with it lost its RGB functionality not even a hour after I unboxed it, and the bracket that houses the power switch, mic jacks, RGB switch and 2 USB ports was flimsy and came in kind of askew, so I had to cautiously pop that back into place and tighten the screws mounting it, and naturally in a stock PC build like this, the case airflow isn't that great but that's to be expected. I certainly plan to make a few upgrades from the stock unit, but overall a pretty nice build for the $1300 I payed for it.

solid if unspectacular build Pros : b550 mobo with a serviceable enough to get by cooler master cpu cooler :an actual 3000 rtx card near msrp with the 1299 system : 8x2 @ 3200 ram :all black cables(no ketchup and mustard) and good cable management :decent airflow for a prebuilt : 1.5 tb total storage Cons : No Bluetooth : rgb fans only adressable via case button out of the box : 3060 ti is an asus dual mini so not the best speeds and the mini aesthetically looks a bit odd in a mid tower : matx board, nitpicking here, but again a micro board in a mid tower aesthetically bothers me : only 500gb ssd Overall if you need most components or are getting your first pc id say this is a solid plug and play system that will be more than competent enough to get you through until you want to make upgrades.

Pc came in with no damage to the internals or the case and everything booted properly. regarding performance (Ryzen 7 3700x and an Asus mini 3060ti) everything was up to standards and ran games like god of war on all high settings at a steady 75 fps with thermals for the CPU peaking at 82 degrees and the GPU at 78 degrees or 82 when really pushing it. Overall good deal

This is a very alright pre-built computer. There's a lot to like, and a fair bit to criticize but it's all based on the users' personal preferences. $1299 is a very compelling price and is what ultimately led me to purchasing this computer in the first place. A 3060ti, ryzen 7 3700x, and 16gb of ram sounds phenomenal on paper, and in practice isn't all that shabby, either. Where the PC falls short in my experience is cooling performance, the lackluster components (with the exception of GPU and CPU) and the very unappealing case. Starting from the top, as of writing this review in a relatively cool room, the GPU is averaging 50°c on idle under 1% load, where as the CPU is averaging a similar 54°c. For a case that is borderline comically large considering the components within it, it is quite concerning to say the least in regards to longevity. For reference, my previous computer would idle around 30-35°c idle and ramp up to about 60-70°c under a relatively heavy load, at least in the GPU department, where was while just playing a game such as genshin impact, this computer easily hits the high 70s to low 80s. Cooling is at the very least an issue to me, but your mileage my vary. In regard to lackluster components, the CPU is quite decent, but doesn't come with the stock cooler but has a different cooler, which is a bit strange but it's passable. The GPU however is an ASUS 3060ti mini, which performs a bit worse than the average due to the smaller form factor which can be a non-issue to some users, but considering the case is a very large case that could fit a standard sized GPU, it just seems a bit strange. The ram for me is 2400mhz at CL16, but there have been different reported ram speeds, so your mileage my vary, but my particular configuration is a tad lackluster considering the price. Lastly, I've touched on the case throughout the course of the review, but it needs to be emphasized that it is just.. not that great. It's very large, it doesn't cool well, and more-so on the subjective side but in my opinion just doesn't look good especially in comparison to other options. If the case itself was smaller and or cooled significantly more efficiently then I would give it pass, but as it stands now it's just a bit of an eyesore and doesn't perform relative to its size. Overall, I think the pre-built is workable at the very least but has some glaring flaws that at the very least need to be considered. I truly feel as though the only reason this computer is competitive at all is due to the GPU inside of it that is insanely over-inflated as of right now, and for some people that's all that matters and if you are that person, by all means. It's a pretty nice performer, but I just can't bare certain qualities of it. However, if you able to look past the issues that are within the PC, then I feel as though it is a fine buy.

    Disappointing Parts Selection and Performance

    |

Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

A lot to consider here. The graphics card is disappointing. You are buying basically garbage tier parts in this PC and paying for the convenience of them being in stock. This PC on paper looks like a GREAT buy for the money. RTX 3060 Ti cards are hard to come by and this has that and a Ryzen 7 3700X processor. If you just want to plug this in and play games this system will do fine. However, if you want to get close to the max performance from these parts you will be sorely disappointed. For $1300 even in today's market you would hope to get better than the bottom quality tier parts in this PC. Positives: -WD Blue SN570 is a solid SSD. -The RAM is dual channel. -The PC will game at a decent level for the price, especially at 1080p. Negatives: -This PC does not come with even the stock Ryzen cooler. The CPU cooler used is a cheap piece of garbage. Your CPU will run hot when it is pushed. The cooler fan will likely fail within 1-2 years. Get a better cooler if you intend to keep this PC long term. -The motherboard is basically the cheapest and lowest performance B450 board out there. These Gigabyte boards are known to fail with higher end components so you risk your PC failing after the warranty is up. -The 3060 Ti Dual Mini will not give you the full performance of a 3060 Ti. The cooler just can't do it. This is a card designed for SFF/ITX systems. It sacrifices cooling and performance for size. The card can barely keep itself under 70C by massively throttling itself and will not even come CLOSE to the average clocks of any other 3060 Ti card during extended gaming sessions, throttling all the way down to around 1550mhz. To hit acceptable 3060 Ti clock speed and performance levels the card has to run the fans at almost full blast the entire time, sounding like a tiny helicopter and will still exceed 80C. For reference, the similarly sized and priced EVGA 3060 Ti XC easily clocks to 1850mhz+ during extended gaming while remaining quieter at lower temperatures. A normal sized 3060 Ti card should be able to exceed 1950mhz at full load without excessive noise at lower temperatures. So yes you will be able to game on this card at high frame rates, but due to the cooler you will not get the full performance you are paying for. Look up how to undervolt on Youtube. Undervolting is your friend and is the only way to claw back a small portion of your performance and noise levels. -600W 80plus White power supply is basically the lowest tier part you can get and still be within spec for the graphics card. -The fans are of exceptionally low quality and will likely fail within 1-2 years. -The case is ENORMOUS for the parts inside of it which makes the computer look absolutely ridiculous. This combined with the brown gross motherboard and basic looking CPU cooler makes the tempered glass window seem like CyberPower PC is mocking you for not buying one of their more expensive systems. TL/DR - This PC will give you decent performance at 1080p and acceptable performance at 1440p, but has exclusively the lowest tier parts possible causing you to lose performance over what the parts SHOULD deliver. It is also an eyesore. If you must buy this, get a better CPU cooler and learn to undervolt your graphics card. I returned mine to Best Buy and will wait for a PC with a better overall value.
