I waited a few months before posting a review to make sure that there was no defective hardware. Now after heavily using this computer for gaming, video work and everyday use, I feel comfortable saying that this computer is worth every cent. A lot of times, when you order a computer online and have it shipped to you, hardware can be jostled loose, damaged, and et cetera. I was ecstatic to find no such problems with my computer. In fact, the interior was packed with padding to prevent the GPU and delicate parts from being damaged during shipping. Inspection showed that everything was connected as it should be. The computer arrived in perfect condition and was fully functional right out of the box. As for actually using it, I will say that it has been a wonderful experience. No hiccups or random problems with the computer, hardware has held up, the fan does a good job of keeping the interior cool even during overclocking. All in all, it was a painless experience getting the computer and using it, and I recommend anyone looking into a gaming computer to look to CyberPowerPC.

I have just received this PC last night and i had troubles of getting it to boot but that was an error on my part because the cable to the HDD was not plugged in so once I did that, its been smooth sailing ever since! It is a fast computer even with games! i tried some out last night and it ran alright but i will be upgrading the GPU down the road but you get your money worth with this PC. I'd say all you would need to have for this PC is better power supply and GPU, other than that, it is solid.

this pc was decent out of the box, did not get option for extra packing option, see thru plastic panel came a little scratched up but it is actually quite delicate and will scratch pretty easy. double checked all connections and booted right up with simple set up. Runs smooth and quite. Great memory and ram, but the power source, and GPU does seem a little underpowered to run some of the AAA titles. perfect pc to start with as I will be upgrading my GPU in the future.

recently purchased this computer, and so far so good. The performance is excellent. I am not a huge PC gamer, but I will have to become one in order to take full advantage of the capabilities of this machine. It comes with Windows 10, which I am not a huge fan of, but that could be because I am used to Windows 7. But overall, I would say this computer is a excellent buy for the price.

This is a decent computer for basic work, but marketed as a gaming pc. It has difficulties with high end graphics and multi screen processing. This computers response to high processing demands; freezing up or a total system crash.

This PC is awesome, don't believe those other reviews with "oh I woulda given it 0 stars if I could", they don't know it's power and beauty. So far I LOVE this PC, it runs great! It can handle RS, MC, and Starbound at high settings and unbelievable speed. 100/10 I would definitely buy again!

Very Fast, no lag on any application. Has enough memory for both gaming and work.

No complaints about the computer here. Had it up and running in no time. Plays games no problem and easily handles multitasking without slowing down performance. Just remember to get a WiFi adapter they go for about $30. My only real complaint is customer service with Best Buy. Nobody seems to be on the same page when it comes to customer questions about inventory.

After reading through the reviews and doing some research I finally decided to purchase this system. I ordered my system online and picked it up in our local Best Buy store. I am very impressed by the systems speed, ease of use and no wait time. It is very easy to set up and use. I would definitely purchase another system in the future if needed. All the specifications are correct and this is the perfect system for someone just entering into the gaming PCs. I don't see any need to upgrade anything on this system as of now however in the near future I may consider upgrading my graphics card which I should be able to do with ease.

I bought 1 and the mother board was bad, reordered to find the next one also was bad so I ended up with a hp envy

Just bought this computer after screwing around with a Dell. When I was at the store they told me I could customize the Dell to tailor it to my gaming desires (graphics card, power supply, etc.). I bought the first step to upgrading it, which was a power supply, the casing was too small to fit a simple power supply. The guy then referred me to this computer and it wasn't much more than I had dropped on the Dell in the first place. Easiest choice I've made in a long time. This computer has room, lots of it. I can fit three additional hard drives in there if I remember right, comes with 16gb of RAM out of box, with two more additional spots for expansion. Lights are cool, design seems sleek. No hiccups so far. Computer came with a gaming keyboard and mouse, which is nice. Basically it boils down to this. There are towers out there you can buy such as the Dell I had, or other towers but simply put you cant do much with them. This computer, soo many options to upgrade this at your finger tips. For such an affordable price..... Basically, this is the number one choice for a new home computer.

I bought this computer to replace one I built six years ago. Make no mistake about it, this is a low-end gaming computer. The video card and power supply are adequate at best. I have been running the computer hard since I bought it a couple weeks ago. No problems so far. The ram and processor are great for running multiple virtual machines.

I was a bit skeptical on purchaing this at first, but it is so fast, and plays games on ultra high. if you want a perfect computer for the price, i recomend this.

Stopped working did not have geek squad and could never get a resolution from manufacturers. Best Buy exchanged for different brand!

Amazing computer to start off with, but will need to be upgraded to get it's full potential Pros: Amazing storage space, lots of RAM, CPU is also amazing with 3.6Ghz standard. Comes with recording software BUILT IN (No more need for fraps!) Cons: The Graphics card isn't the best. The R7 can run MOST games on high, but new games like Overwatch or DOOM, don't even think about it. I can run Chilvary at 60fps with MOST settings on low. When the fans kick in, it's LOUD. Do not worry, your computer isn't messing up. It's just loud. So get this computer, and get a GTX960 with better fans and maybe noise cancelling foam, and you're good to go!

I love this product. It's perfect for gaming with the three 120MM fans and the big tower case there's not a big chance of over heating. The processor is not amazing but it's perfect for graphic demanding games. The memory space is great 16 GB and a 2 TB hard drive memory its absolutely awesome.

I picked up this computer with the intent to play games such as league of legends, H1Z1, Tera, Blade and soul and battlefield 4. It runs all of those game at medium quality with the exception of league where it runs at ulta with 100+ fps. This is a great computer for an average gamer who wants something that will run games decent. A down side to this is machine is that it does not have a internal wireless adapter so you will have to hard wire it in, but there is a expansion slot in the computer so you can put one in at anytime. The only other thing wrong with this computer is the graphics card isn't the best. Yes, it will run most games but if you are looking for an amazing quality you will have to upgrade it along with the power supply.

This desktop runs my MMOs smoothly and in high quality as well. The desktop was not too complicated to setup. The keyboard and mouse that came with it work great. For Wi-Fi I went out and bought a $40 USB Wi-Fi adapter and it works flawlessly. I would recommend this desktop to a friend.

I turned it on and no problems. It plays all the games i want to play on the highest setting. The best part it has plenty of room for upgrades! Change the power supply and graphics card on this model then you have a beast of a machine!! Even thats not that necessary unless you are playing high graphic games. Comes with a really nice mouse and keybored.

Worked great the first day. Second day keyboard went nuts and quit working. I am new to this brand of gaming PC and got worried that a program that I downloaded caused the keyboard to break. I deleted all the programs (League of Legends, Origin, Steam, Mozilla Firefox and Speccy which shows all your info about your PC in detail) and still nothing from the keyboard. I even tried the keyboard on 2 other PC's. So I reset the PC to factory settings and still nothing. Finally realized that the keyboard was faulty, called Bestbuy service # and I should be getting another keyboard soon. But I lost all the programs that Cyberpower put on there and both Bestbuy and Cyberpower didn't help me that well with that situation and I still don't have all the programs. Other than that extremely annoying situation the actual computer is running like a beast. FYI This review was typed with my on screen keyboard. LOL
