Opened the box, system looked great. Nothing seemed loose inside, or outside the case. Major issue ensued was when trying to connect to the internet. Tried three different LAN cords, even tried connecting them to my PS4 and other systems. The LAN worked successfully on all of the systems, but did not work on the computer. Tried to install new drivers for the LAN by installing Gigabyte's CD. This caused an error message "Error. This driver can't release to failure.". We uninstalled the Gigabyte software, then tried reseating cables inside the case. After we thought it was all for naught, we turned on the system and were pleasantly surprised. Ethernet is working... Other than that issue, we do not see any other issues yet.

The setup was very easy. It came with everything needed to operate the computer and even some extras. I love the personalization options and the handheld remote that makes it even easier. All in all a great computer. Also, contacting cyberpowerpc customer service was very easy and the rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I originally purchased the GUA1200BST model but wanted a disc drive, so I exchanged it for this 2200 model. I absolutely love it! It's a pretty quiet system, the RGB lighting and remote is awesome if a bit touchy with where you have to point the remote, and I'm finally able to play WoW without lagging hard like I did on my old laptop.

Everything worked fine straight out of the box. The fan is quieter then my last computer and Windows 10 is great. This is a great gaming computer and has a section in the user manual for adjusting Bios to boost performances when gaming. The DVD player does about everything and I can upgrade/ add components to the system if I want.

Computer runs extremely fast and plays the games that I want it to play. I stick mostly with Blizzard games but have a few from Steam as well. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I just recently purchased this as a replacement for my aging pc. So far I transferred all my files and installed tons of applications I need for work/school. I haven't tried any gaming yet but the performance so far is far beyond what I expected and the video quality on my 42" tv with HDMI is superior.

Lots of HD space for gaming and good amount of RAM

I just bought this pc about 2 months ago and I am very satisfied with the product. Can run my games, my most demanding game is arma 3 and it runs pretty good on standard settings. Note, this pc is pretty loud but always upgradable.

I've had this pc for about a week, and so far it's been great, except for the mouse. It worked for a couple days and now won't work, I'm going to try send it back and get a new one. we first bought this pc a cpl weeks ago but the power supply quit working after about a week. Keeping our fingers crossed on this one.

I have had this PC for about a week now. Very capable for the price. Will be upgrading psu and gpu later down the road. My only big complaint is the cpu fan vibrates like crazy under load. But other than that im happy with it. Plus the best buy warranty covers anything and everything.

The computer runs Starcraft 2 great. Does all other tasks as well. Haven't had any issues. If I upgrade anything, it will be the GPU. It looks really sleek and I like being able to change the LED colors with the remote. Not too noisy but absolutely quiet. I wish it had more USB ports.

This is the second gaming PC that I've purchased, and I must say this upgrade was well worth it. Caught the PC while it was on sale, and couldn't be happier with the new performance! Off to download steam now and get on Paladins.. Hope to see you fellow gamers there!

I just got this desktop and it's pretty good in overall. Will keep updating in the future.

It runs all my games at 60 FPS or higher with their max settings and the ability to change the color of the lights in the PC was also a cute additional feature. However, there were more problems I had with it than pros. The PC came in with an unactivated Windows 10, and the Windows 10 disc that came with the PC didn't help the issue, so now I have to find a way to get it activated. Also, the PC tends to be extremely loud when I am playing my games. Another issue I had was that the PC came in with only 8 GB of RAM, which is half the RAM than what was mentioned in the description of the PC.

I recently got this pc and i enjoy what quality it brings to me. This was worth my money

great for new pc players. perfect for games such as fallout new vegas skyrim, csgo etc. after 4 months of getting it i gave it upgrades with no trouble of parts fitting it is great if you dont know how to build a pc or just a casual gamer.

Just took this puppy home today, unwrapped it like a kid on christmas day. I immediately installed a few of my PC games and they run smoothly, with great Resolution. Tons of Memory and the color changing panel adds a great touch. Love it.

This computer is top notch quality, very high speed and high quality for basically any gaming. Highly recommended. 10/10. I actually showed my friend this pc and he bought it before me, it was a lower quality version but exactly the same otherwise.

After careful consideration of all the gaming computers I could have choosen, this is by far the best purchase. Great quality and amazing graphics. Nice job Cyberpower and I got it on sale for $599

I got my cyberpower pc over the weekend and am so far impressed with how it performs. I love the customizable side lights! The speed and power is acceptable so far, but I have yet to actually test the graphics card with a newer game.
