It does what I need it to. I wish there was an option for a little better graphics card or a solid state drive. But for the price I paid for the computer I can afford to add that.

I have no Idea. There is Absolutely nothing I can tell you about this other than what you can read on the BestBuy.com site like I did. It sounds good. That's why I bought it.

Unit works fine but it said it had 8g of RAM. While it does it only used one card. Come on go ahead and include a second card so unit can run dual channel.

    Excellent Computer - Awesome Price

This computer blows me away. I bought it for my VR setup and it handles everything I've given it. The specs are awesome but so is the build quality. Its a nice case, the blue LED gives it a great glow through the see-through screen. It has a couple of USB 3.0 ports and and headphone and mic jacks on the top of the tower. Makes for easy access if the tower sits on the floor. Also means you can keep the front cover/door closed. Turbo boost means I have yet to see this processor struggle. But this PC is more then the sum of its parts. It is my first CyberPowerPC and I highly recommend them. They build computers as if they were special made. Also the packing was great. They use this special foam pack that expands inside and keeps everything in place. However, make sure when you remove it to double check the sitting of the video card and all the plugs as they could come lose with the pack. Didn't happen to me but I read a couple of reviews where people had issues. The last thing you want is to power up a PC and nothing happen. Only minus would be no WiFi or bluetooth but it has Ethernet which really is the way to go or you can add a 802.11AC card for under $50-60. I found other desktops with same specs for nearly twice the price. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Purchased Online. Delivery was within 3-Days of Ordering. That is where everything went upside down. Downloaded & Installed Watch Dogs 2 Game that came with Desktop. As I was playing, the Desktop Crashed. Tried several times after Reboots, same result. Tried installing other games from Steam and during the Downloads, same result. Everything Stopped and Red LED on motherboard would come on. To talk to an Geek Squad Agent about what appears to be an obvious Hardware Problem, I have to buy a Geek Squad Service Contract. There is Zero Support for Online Orders unless you take it to a Store, which for me is 2H to the nearest Store. Will be returning and not purchasing from Best Buy again. Zero Support unless you spend $100+ on a Service Contract, within a few days of receiving is not Customer Service; its NO Customer Service. There should be Free Setup and Initial Support for at least 15-Days after purchase. Best Buy should consider a name change, more in line with their lack of Support on New Products.

I bought this as a christmas gift, I usually build custom pc's but I saw this with a GTX 1060 8GB of RAM and an intel core I5 for $660 on sale and for what the receiver will probably play this will last her a few years. I logged into steam after setting it up and tested it with some kind of demanding games, here's the results. Grand Theft Auto V (Max Settings) 60Fps it dropped between 60 and 58 but was pretty consistent, Skyrim Remastered (Max) 60Fps never dropped below 60, Rise of the tomb raider (Max) It stayed around 60Fps but dropped dow to 55-56 a couple times. Heres the major one, Rise of the Tomb Raider 4K, in 4K with most graphics maxed it hovered around 35-50Fps, Which is really good for a prebuilt pc at this price. I have my games set to not rise over 60Fps since theres not much noticable difference over 60 so I dont know exactly how high it could have gone but 60Fps on pretty new demanding games is really good on a Pc this price. Great Job CyberPowerPc even though I don't often buy prebuilt Pcs i would buy again from you.

I noticed that my negative review was removed. Good job Best Buy. This computer came DOA also known as Dead on Arrival. After being told that CyberPower tests all machines before shipping out I was angry being told by CyberPower online agents that they did not test it. The Motherboard failed, That was the issue. I knew more than their team did. They offered me a return but never replied after 3 days about how I go about returning it. Best Buy finally stepped in and said I could return it to their store. Thank you best buy

Online service was completely terrible whenever I was trying to purchase this. Maybe because of the high demand... but at the same time my order was canceled for 2 days straight whenever trying to purchase. I had to call several times and all of the customer service representatives were terrible. I finally stumbled upon a great guy, and he helped me out and called the store and put my order to the side, and I went and picked it up. All I can say is there is NO BETTER DEAL out there. Like man oh man, this is just the bees knees. The oculus blew off my 10 toes and left me paralyzed. Much like a very warm sweater, I never wanted to take it off. The computer runs very well, and for this price you can't beat it with a stick. Just the graphics card in it, and RAM is the price that it would cost you to build this. It's ridiculous, I swear they have to be losing money. That'll be all. Pickle out. <3

Bought this PC right before xmas as the main PC for my home, do some occasional gaming, and photo and video processing. Machine is fast and is able to play recent games at highest setting. Came with a free copy of Watch Dogs 2 I believe and it runs well. Box states that it's VR ready but haven't tried that yet. I would say the specs are excellent the price. Only thing missing was an SSD. I added a Samsung 250gb SSD a few weeks after I bought it which makes the boot time a few seconds. The system came with some pieces to be able to snap the SSD into case properly for its small form factor. The case is well organized, cable management is decent, and there's no bloatware. Machine runs quiet even under heavy load, you can hear the fans but if you have it under a desk like I do the fans are barely noticeable. The included gaming mouse works well and has a lot of functionality, I wish I would have bought one long ago. The only con I would say is the keyboard looks cheap and the spacebar sticks. Comes with a Windows restore disk which I needed as the SSD didn't install properly. Overall, I would say this computer is excellent value is built well and will be easy to upgrade when it's time to.

For less than $700, this deal cannot be beat. It comes with an i5 and a GTX 1060. This computer should be able to play almost any new game at high to ultra settings. It also comes with a free gaming keyboard and mouse, along with a watchdogs 2 download code and a free year of McAfee. I started this computer up yesterday and it has so far lived up to my expectations. It starts up extremely fast. Watchdogs 2 ran great on it and the graphics were amazing. I do not think you could find a better deal than this computer.

I've spent the last 10+ years always building my own rigs. However now I can't beat the price and reliability that CyberPower offers. I hate to admit defeat but for the last year or so every time I'm approached to build another rig for a friend I just guide them through ordering a CyberPower PC that fits their individual needs. Sure DOA's do happen but they are rare and quickly corrected. That's exactly what lead me to purchasing one for myself now. Have to say its pretty nice not installing drivers for days just to get the version of Windows up-to-date and installing every hardware driver specific to my model. Everything just works out of the box. They are within 15% of the piece meal cost of building this rig. Its just not worth my time anymore to build custom unless I'm going into the $2,000 range but most people won't even tread there since technology is always changing I'd rather be in a new rig that 30% better than the last high end rig in 2 years time and save the extra $1,200 bucks.

I was going to build a computer, until i saw this. There isn't a game I haven't been able to play on it... Overwatch, with the highest settings possible has been extremely fun, Battlefield 1 as well, no game has given me trouble. Especially considering the price, this computer is very fast, very reliable, great looking and capable of playing just about any game perfectly, highly recommended!

Believe it or not, first new tower since 2009. When unpacked and set up, had a question, called the free support and got a quick and courteous answer that solved my problem. Boots up fast, great graphics card with the Radeon. So far fast and quick and though listed as a gaming PC, wife uses it for video editing with no problems.

Purchased this as a deal from Best Buy, for a $1000 the bundle came with the Desktop and a whole Oculus Rift VR. For more memory I will be adding Patriot 16GB Viper III Desktop Memory, but runs smoothly without it as well.

I was recently given this PC for Christmas and it is truly amazing. It is fast and has great graphics. I am so happy to own this computer. I have only played a few games with it, but the little I've played has been way better than any other computer I have played on.

This PC came ready to go, I added a samsung SSD to it and it really increased the boot/restart times as well as making my most used programs blazing fast. Without adding an SSD, still a great PC. - looks nice, still functional - ventilated well, make sure you keep it on an open, hard surface. - 1 fan on motherboard along with a heat sink - two case fans, one on front bottom and one on back middle > These each have a blue LED on them which lights the case. - two fans on the GTX1060 - Great performance out of the box, running recent FPS, RTS, and Video is no problem. - Comes with a lot of convenient MSI software for messing with your fans, bios and screen settings. - Lastely the Power supply that came with mine is a decent Thermaltake 600w 80 plus. Motherboard and GPU are MSI. One con - Thought it would come with 2x 4gb DDR4 RAM cards but came with 1x 8gb DDR4 RAM card.
