I've had this PC since April 2025. It has been a great experience until a few days ago. Started having issues with all ports (HDMI, USB, etc.) losing power and signal. Had to take it in to Geek Squad for repair and they suspect a motherboard issue. It's a little disappointing since it's so new, but that's been the only problem, although it is a big one. I do recommend the PC for its power, but I have to tell you about the hiccup too. Yours may not have the same issue, and as far as I can tell, most of them don't. So buy it if you want it.

I bought this to upgrade from a Dell G7 Laptop because it was struggling when I would have multiple monitors and stock charts open, and if I wanted to work on anything else especially. It was also struggling with my design program as upgrades to the software were implemented.
I have 6 monitors running during the day and a 7th on the side that I can turn on. The rear USB C 20Gps DP Alt port runs two monitors through a dock, one monitor runs off of the rear Display Port, and 4 monitors run off of the GPU's ports.
This machine has been able to keep up with any workload so far. I can trade, work on spreadsheets and other documents, rip CDs, have 10-20 browser windows open, and more. This thing never seems to care. I do not play any games on it.
I also use a design program called Chief Architect with a robust 3d rendering capability ad it runs it no problem.
I added a faster Crucial 2TB T-500 SSD and had the Geek Squad install it in the top PCle position on the motherboard and move the ADATA to the second PCle slot for data storage.
Mine came with an Asus Z890 MAX WIFI Motherboard, ADATA Legend 800 Gold 2TB HD, Teamgroup T-Force Delta 64Gb 6000 MHz RAM, Gigabyte 5070Ti GPU. The Motherboard has a Thunderbolt header so I can add that capability in the future.
So far I'm very happy with this purchase for my needs.
I was able to price match it to Best Buy sale prices twice when they put it on sale.

Pre built came well secured and packaged, they also threw in a keyboard and mouse in there. Graphics quality looks great on my OLED Alienware 34” curved monitor, this PC can run apex at 165+ fps easily on max/ultra settings and Rust on 140+ fps on a very populated server on ultra settings. Easy to set up out the box, plug and play basically… I upgraded from a 3060 graphics card so the difference is very noticeable and worth it for me. This computer also runs smoothly while gaming and streaming at the same time. The only complaint i have is that some of the cables are sketchily near fans and in weird awkward places , and also the instructions to open up the case to take the safety foam out are confusing and is not for this Pc tower model but it was easy to figure out. Besides that, I am pretty happy with this PC, I thought I’d write an honest and more detailed review for anyone that is looking to buy this pc bc the other reviews here don’t go into much detail.

This PC runs fast, quiet, and handles gaming and multitasking with no issues. The build quality feels solid, and setup was very easy. Great value for the price and highly recommended.

Just got this today and already it's amazing. The speed and power blow my previous machine out of the water. I've already got several games installed and running on max settings that I previously could only run on mid level settings. It runs much quieter than you would think based on the size and number of fans too! Setup was quick and easy! 10/10 would recommend!

EVERY GAME RUNS LIKE A DREAM. I come from a ps5 pro, which was working just fine. However, graphics and steam games make worth the change. If you wanna unlimited options, this PC is your gate. The cable management is really nice, and also very easy to add more ssd's.,
I am in Love, quiet enough, powerful and really pretty.
I dont like the included keyboard.

I bought this PC for general gaming but primarily to play VR on. My 4060 wasn't cutting it. This thing is a beast. I've had it for 2 months now and I have had no issues. It runs absolutely everything I've tried amazingly well and I am very satisfied. Easy setup process. My older PC was also CyberpowerPC, I recommend this company to anyone who just wants to jump into PC gaming without the fuss of sourcing parts and building one yourself.

This CyberPowerPC is a very well-balanced, high-end system that performs closer to a professional workstation than a typical gaming PC. The Intel Core Ultra 9 285K gives you excellent multicore performance and efficiency for 3D, VFX, Unreal Engine, rendering, and heavy multitasking, while still delivering smooth gaming performance. The RTX 5070 Ti with 16 GB of VRAM is a strong choice for both modern games and professional workloads like Unreal Engine 5, ray tracing, compositing, and large textures, where VRAM really matters. With 64 GB of fast DDR5 memory and NVMe storage, the system feels responsive, stable, and future-proof. Overall, it’s a solid, smart purchase that will serve you very well for gaming, content creation, and professional 3D/VFX work for years.

Absolutely blown away by this PC! It runs like a dream - super fast, no lag, and handles everything I throw at it. If you're looking for a serious gaming machine, this is it. 100% satisfied!

I picked this up on Black Friday for $2,000, and it has been an absolute steal. This PC handles everything I throw at it with ease—from running local AI models to playing demanding games like Battlefield 6, Arc Raiders, and Call of Duty.
The RTX 5070 Ti with 16GB of VRAM is a powerhouse, and it truly makes the price feel worth every dollar. I specifically chose this configuration for the 64GB of RAM, which has been incredible for AI workloads and heavy multitasking. No slowdowns, no hiccups—just smooth performance across the board.
Overall, this machine exceeds my expectations and feels future-proof. I couldn’t be happier with the purchase.

Absolute monster of a desktop PC for serious content creation. I'm running apps like Unreal Engine 5, Adobe After Effects, etc., on this, and it barely breaks a sweat. Note that this is tuned more for hardcore design/development than hardcore gaming, but with the higher-end CPU, GPU, and system RAM, it should be able to easily handle pretty much anything you throw at it. Also, it was easy to add a couple more NVMe M.2 SSD sticks for a few extra TB of fast storage. Wicked machine!

Hey guys!!!
I’ve been gaming on this CyberPowerPC for a while now and it’s been amazing. Runs Warzone and other big titles on ultra settings without dropping frames, and the RTX 5070 Ti makes everything look super smooth. The 2TB SSD loads games almost instantly, and having 64GB RAM means I can stream, chat, and game all at the same time with zero lag. Honestly, best upgrade I’ve ever made to my setup.

Very good pc and excellent performance. Played the new silent hill on it and the game crashed once or twice but everything points at the game itself being broken and the pcs hardware handles it flawlessly.

I could not be happier with this purchase! Im a bit of a novice when it comes to building my own PC but I did have an idea of the specs i wanted and this prebuilt checked all the boxes.
The power this PC offers for the price is a great deal! There hasn't been a game I threw at it that it struggled with, even at ultra performance settings. I believe this PC will last a good while and be able to handle future games before needing an upgrade.
The packaging was very secure as well. Not a dent, scratch, or loose parts when it arrived.
Very satisfied customer!!!

I spent months looking for a gaming PC that suited my needs, and this one is the best in terms of value for money. I got it for $1999 on Black Friday, and it also came with four free codes. One of those codes was for Battlefield 6, which I took for free. It also has 64GB of RAM! An interesting detail is that it comes with an Asrock Z890-C motherboard with Wi-Fi 7, and the graphics card I got was a PNY 5070 Ti.

I was a little hesitant at first but I can let you know I don't regret this purchase at all, its an amazing system blew my expectations out of the water for a pre-built system coming from a different brand of pre builds I can say I genuinely love it it plays all my games on high and or maxed graphics it runs smooth, shipping was fast and easy
I definitely recommend

Works great, a little spooked because I saw a fan unplugged, but when the PC is plugged in it spins so hey I’m happy.
Uh yea would recommend I can now run unreal engine without having my PC take off :)

Everything works fine, except I didn't realize the USB slot is underneath the PC (that's a pretty poor design). Also, the protective glass came scratched, which bothers me a bit.
When I bought the PC, they didn't send me my free month of Game Pass, so I had to make two days of calls to claim it.

Honestly, couldnt be happier. Cheaper price point than building same PC myself, no work involved, just right back to gaming. Case is beautifully displaying the chunky hardware powering this beast, super quite and runs everything flawlessly as expected. Would forsure recommend.
