Although the scheduling process is very tediuos and not customer user friendly to get to a specific department within a soecific store location, the car audio installers were extremely professional and helpful. It’s do to their delication, I’ve had instalttion services on 4 of my vehicles over the last 18months.

Best Buy offers best value and quality service through Geek Squad for the car dash cam security camera installation. I installed RedTiger dash cam security camera front and rear cameras for $99 with 100% satisfaction. When I reached there at my appointment time 10:30 AM, there was one car already undergoing through the camera installation and and I thought I would be waiting indefinitely. But as promised, dash cam installation completed within one hour forty minutes. After the camera installation I wanted to make sure my car service warranty was not void. So, I took my car to the authorised service center and I had been confirmed the dash cam installation done professionally and my warranty is not void. My car dash cam installation has been done at Frisco Best Buy Geek Squad service center. Thanks for your professional work.

Geek Squad did an excellent job installing my car camera. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what they were doing. The camera was installed cleanly with no exposed wiring, positioned perfectly, and fully tested before I left. They walked me through how everything works and made sure I was comfortable using it. The whole process was efficient and stress-free. I left feeling confident that the installation was done right and that my vehicle was treated with care. Would absolutely recommend.

Nick did a great job installing my dash cam (front and rear) with hardwire. All the wires are hidden under the trim. Both installers were very friendly and answered all my questions. I would highly recommend the Cary Crossroads BestBuy for any car installations that you need.

For some installation items you never know what Geeksquad is going to throw your way. But, my installer at the BestBuy in Annapolis MD, was knowledgeable and great. Went over everything, asked what I want to be sure and was done in an hour. This was for a front and rear dashcam setup. Adjusted the cameras until we got the settings wanted. Great experience and professionally done job. Install looks great and being hardwired to car works great with no extra cords around.

They didn’t like the dash cam i bought from Amazon and they didn’t install it in my car , saying they are hearing lot of complaints after installing this kind of camera . They were 120$ camera. Just waste of my time !

I did not get my install done. I put the order in on line and did not receive any more information on it. I went to the Best Buy at Spring Valley they said that I did not have anything ordered according to their records. So I had someone else install it for me. I got my credit card bill in and I was charged for it. Can not find anybody to refund it.
