All my games is really Smooth.....the best monitor i ever had.

I was in the market for a monitor to match the performance of the Alienware gaming pc I recently purchased. I searched all kind of reviews for gaming monitors and the Dell 24" monitor fit all my needs for gaming and with a high quality screen with a nice contrast to color ratio. Now I just need to save up some money to buy a matching one.

I have three of this type of monitor over the past couple years (bought new in 2018, refurb in 2019, and new again in 2020) and it's been working very well as a 3 monitor setup with a nice way to swap to another input for something like a Switch. However, I noticed that 6 months into using it, the audio port is now broken. I've used a soundbar on this third monitor to get audio from the Switch while another sound system is plugged into the first monitor for the PC. In the past week, all sound from the third monitor is gone. It does not output to the soundbar when using HDMI for the Switch. It also does not output sound to the PC when connected via DisplayPort - even the Windows sound settings show that the monitor's audio is "unplugged". I don't know if this is a quality control issue, as my first two monitors of the same model from 2018 and 2019 are working fine with audio, but I'll be contacting support for this third monitor's audio issues.

I really like this monitor. The quality is good but not the top, exterior mostly made out of plastic parts. It comes with a sturdy stand that can be easily adjusted (and does not cost $999). The gaming experience is simply excellent (with N-Vidia card of course). The huge resolution, high FPS and fast response.

This monitor is honestly the greatest purchase ever I’ve made...I bough three of them!! Refresh rate is great the fact that is gsync compatible is awesome, color accuracy is on point(after some tuning) Overall satisfied. Went from a curved 35 inch monitor to this and I can’t be any happier.

Great so far. High resolution and bright. Purchased for gaming.

Excellent monitor in every way but what keeps me from giving a 5 star rating is enabling "fast mode" (or at least I think that's what it's called) in the monitors menu actually destroys your refresh rate and ghosting is horribly prevalent. I don't know why dell would include this feature if it clearly didn't work. So if you buy this monitor, leave it on default mode and you'll be completely happy.

I was going to buy a different monitor, but I decided to get this one and I love this monitor. Everything is nice and smooth with the frame rate. You do have to configure the overclocked frame rate on the monitor and within windows. This is the best monitor I have gotten.

His monitor works very well the picture is fantastic the build quality is also very nice I just in the monitor is easy and the adjustments feel firm so I don’t worry about it coming out of adjustment there are also lots of plugs for other things on the monitor which is nice

If your looking for a very good 1440p monitor that's less than 27", then you should definitely consider this Dell. One word of caution: you'll probably want to improve upon the factory settings, but there are plenty of hands-on reviews for you to read that list very good starting points from which only a couple of minor changes may be necessary.

Got this on sale and I love it. Use the recommendations for color settings from Tom’s Hardware and then use the NVIDIA Control Panel for some fine tuning and it practically looks like an IPS panel. Super crisp monitor.

I bought this monitor because my 1080p Dell was amazing. But, this monitor didn’t go so well. From the very beginning I had problems with it. I made sure it wasn’t just my graphics card or my PC in general. It had problems on three PCs. The graphics are amazing and what you’d expect while playing a game. But, as soon as a cut scene would happen the quality went way down. Anything other than the actual game has terrible quality. The blacks going up against any other color is a blurry mess. Any kind of grey is a blocky mess. Watching YouTube, Netflix, or anything else is not even an option on this monitor. If you’re only going to use the monitor for gaming, then it’s a good monitor. If you’re using it for anything other than that, please, pick a better one.

If you want to play in a high resolution with high framerate this is definitely the moniter for you. I'd recommend getting it on a sale though as 500 dollars still feels too expensive even with gsync

This monitor should appeal to everyone - from the pre-teen gamer to the elderly with challenging vision - as it offers clear, crisp images and visuals typical of a higher-end HD screen. If I didn't already have something similar of my own I'd buy one for myself.

I love this monitor. The small size makes the 2K picture beautiful. I use a USB-C to DP to get the full 144Hz. The settings available are very complete and make the monitor customizable to your liking. If you find this monitor on sale buy it! Or just buy it anyways!

I bought this monitor on sale and I would definitely say it compares to monitors of much higher prices. 1440P 144 Hz is amazing! I thought it wouldn't be that much of a difference but I tried a 60 hertz monitor and I absolutely would not go back.
