This monitor is exactly what I was looking for. Perfect for gaming of course but also great for video editing and typical internet browsing.

Despite being a TN panel, after some picture adjusting, monitor does well for gaming. Owned this for almost 2 years now.

G-sync, 1ms response and 165hz refresh... need I say more?!?! Found this on sale and after using a gift card, only paid $150

Great moniter for the price it even is nvidia 3d ready. It has a awesome mount that rotates horizontally and vertically. A must have for a gamer.

This monitor is by far the best bang for your buck 1440p 144hz monitor. Of course there are better options in exchange for a higher price.

We purchased this monitor to get better frame rate and less tearing. It works great but I dislike seeing a dead pixel in the middle of the screen in the first week.

It works as promised, games like great. It's being the high refresh rate even better. It just gets so hot I kind of worry about it long term.

After extensive research, I decided to purchase this Dell G-sync monitor due to the adaptive sync technology and its 1440p resolution. This thing does not disappoint. Paired with a GTX 1070, the monitor is absolutely stunning. Don't worry that it's not an IPS, it is amazing for the price. Buttery smooth Gsync and 1440p resolution for under 400 dollars? Total steal.

More recently I purchased another monitor of the same type to replace the same one I bought years ago. Dell replaced the monitor twice for hardware issues, which was frustrating to deal with but luckily they sent the new one before making me send back the old one. Each one was a refurbished one in which I had to re-register my product. Generally the process was painless, especially when I did everything through their Twitter team (much more efficient than trying to do ticket replacements). However, this past time I needed replacement they asked for a picture. For some reason, the picture just wasn't right. They immediately came back with "we reviewed the evidence (a single picture of the monitor while on) and have determined it was physical damage done by the consumer, so we will not replace it. Please call this number for more options." The number they gave me was their sales number trying to get me to buy a brand new one. At any rate, I am returning this one because of the cost compared to other monitors of like quality. Additionally, I found it impossible to try and get 165 hz. working despite using various DisplayPort cables, including the one they included. I actually found a little-known seller on a third party website (take a wild guess) that has all the same features, except is 27" long instead of only 24". Additionally, it did not have a USB 3.0 pass-through but my peripherals all have pass-through ports (Corsair monitor and mouse pad each have a pass-through port for USB 3.0). All in all, it's a solid monitor. However, due to my experience, it's not something I want to keep. I am marking this as not recommended because of the issues with support I had as well as the inability to get 165 hz. to work. I know it's not much between 144 hz. and 165 hz. but it's the principle.

I read a lot of reviews before I bought this monitor. After reading a review on Amazon, I jotted down the color adjustments that were recommended by a reviewer. After hooking up the monitor to my computer with a GeForce GTX 1080 card, I made the adjustments and enjoy an excellent picture. My only problem was with playing Skyrim, but after some tinkering with the settings; I was able to get the game working again properly. I bought the monitor when it was on sale for $100 off, I don't know if I would have for full price.($499)

Such an excellent monitor especially if you have a Nvidia card with the G-Sync. Everything is so crisp and clean.

Bought this to play on my Xbox one X. I wanted a 4K 1ms response monitor but I was able to grab this one for a deal still 1ms response so whatever. After setting up color modes and features I loved the quality and crisp motion. Huge difference between this one and my 1080p monitor I had before. Awesome on Forza Horizon 4 and still looks great when playing older games like Rainbow Six Siege. Highly Recommended if you need a monitor for console.
