Had a problem with the video output to an external monitor when I got it, but a new driver fixed it. It's not light or slim, but makes a good desktop replacement with the extra RAM and plenty of power. Mainly use it for Photoshop and Visual Studio.

Purchased for approx $1000 and currently running well. Beginner/Intermediate gaming laptop and very light to carry.

My godson ordered this for me, he found the website easy to navigate. He made a great choice, I've always bought Dell products in the past.

Exceeds my son's engineering school's technical specs at a very good price. Very easy to use and gives you great performance. Sets up in a few minutes with easy to follow instructions.

I admit that I was hesitant to purchase any Windows 8 laptop, but I am so pleasantly surprised by how much I love this computer. Honestly, I purchased right before writing my budget for work and it transformed my Windows experience and made that process substantially better due to the use of the touchscreen. By this computer! You won't regret it.

I bought this computer to use in photo editing. The hard drive was a little slow (5400), so I had it switched out for a SSD drive, and that was wonderful. The disappointing side is the AMD graphics card. It does not work with my NEC external monitor, and will not read the NEC calibration software. No one has been able to find a fix despite a lot of hard work by Best Buy, and many hours with NEC folks.

Good computer. My main purpose in purchasing was to successfully handle several data intensive WEB tasks simultaneously which it appears to do successfully.

This is a great laptop. Very fast and jammed packed with features. A must have.

Exceed my expectations, very good computer, perfect for work.

ordered it off of bestbuy.com and got it in 2 days. This laptop moves very fluidly and is really fast. The sound is really great, it's clear and you can hear precisely what the artist is saying. I was gonna get the 4k dell but then i saw this guy which in my opinion is much better and cheaper too. The 4k laptop has a 12 gb memory, no ssd, same hdd space, same processor and graphics card, 4k panel, and no ethernet port. This laptop has got the new 5th gen intel i7 processor, 16gb of ram, 1 tb of hdd PLUS 8gb of solid state drive, full hd screen, with an ethernet port in case i need it, and same graphics card. To me, i didn't really didn't care for the 4k panel because the human eye can't percieve that many pixels in the first place, especially on such a small screen as this rather than on a tv. this is much more worth it!!!

I really liked that this laptop had an i7 processing system 16 gb RAM for a reasonable price. However, when I received the laptop, the fan was INCREDIBLY noisy, so I went into Best Buy and explained the problem. Best Buy said it was just a faulty fan and exchanged it for a new laptop (same model). After using the new one twice, the fan became extremely loud, just like the other computer. At this point, I am debating returning the laptop and starting over with a different model.

The best buy agent helped me order this Dell online. It was super easy to install and i got to play with it super nice, the keys light up nicely. My first Dell. Speakers sound good Eveything from i expected. Thank you .
