Love this computer. It was put together by Joy Systems who have excellent Customer Service. I had a couple of questions and they answered right away. It boots up very fast and I was able to fit it into a small desk. I havent played with all the features yet but were probably gonna get another one.

Good computer. Wish it had wireless internet capability. Did not had SD card reader, otherwise had everything I needed.

Fits nicely on my desk. Snappy and responsive. A bit loud, but no big deal.

The product was delivered quickly and set up was easy. It fits my needs perfectly, which is light usage for emails, bill pay, and online shopping. It was exactly what I needed at a very good price. The system runs great and it's quiet.

Refurbished works well. Bought because other desktop crashed and needed computer to work from home with. Windows/Microsoft a little hard to understand the set up (I need to enter a credit card?! I don't think so!) Still having a bit of trouble "activating Windows" and have not been able to reach Joy Systems...but I also bought Best Buy Nerd Herd protection, so I may give them a call soon.

Bought this computer to do graphics. I am not disappointed.

My old computer was so old and slow ihad to replace it I am very satisfied with this computer it is so much faster it is well worth the money and I am going to buy my wife one

The power source unit died after 60 days. These computers come with a one year warranty, but of course, after contacting the refurbisher, you have to send it in which can take up to three weeks turn around. So it's basically a warranty without a warranty. They are instead sending me a replacement part which I in turn and taking to BestBuy who will charge me $40 to swap it out. It's been dead for a week and I'm still waiting for the part. Needless to say, a thoroughly unpleasant experience.

Needed a new pic that ran faster and had lots of storage for files and this is perfect.

Has been running great since I got it. No issues. Performance has been excellent.

I purchased this computer thinking because it was a i7 I could get some quality use out of it. But no HDMI port and no high speed USB ports. I ended up returning it.

I have always purchased Dell refurbished computers over the years (I am a Sysadmin - 30 years - for the federal government) and have yet to find a company as customer-oriented as Joysystems. I have always had great success with Dell and this is no exception. From delivery to setup everything was flawless. I made one call to their help desk with a question and received the correct answer the first time with less than a two minute hold time. Thank you.

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished computer at first, but did my research and decided to go for it, knowing that I could return it if I was satisfied. The product was delivered quickly. I got it in about 4 days from purchase. Upon receiving it, I opened it up and looked to see if I got what I paid for. Sure enough 8 gb of ram, i7 processor, and with mine I got a 2TB hardrive instead of the 1TB as advertised (BONUS). All parts are legit. Computer runs great. Very clean, and almost no signs of use. I am happy with the product for the price.

I purchased this as a new computer to use for work. I work from home and needed a fast computer that could handle running multiple (5+) programs at once. I had no issues getting things set up, the wifi adapter I bought works well, and I've been impressed with Windows 10 too (I was hesitant, I'm used to Windows 7 and was not looking forward to trying out 10...). Overall it's been great so far, and as someone who knows next to nothing about computers this was honestly such a smooth process getting set up!

cpu is good but there is no HDMI and Hi speed USB . But totally is not bad device.
