I like the performance of this system. Ease of use except for where to put the water. That took a little bit to find.

I liked the idea of this, more than I actually liked it. The espresso side was great, until it stopped working 6 months after purchase. Thank goodness for the replacement plan. The coffee side clogged frequently and the coffee never tasted very good. Upgraded to a better espresso machine when this one failed.

This is a great machine and an excellent value. It makes the best coffee and the espresso is very easy to get a great cup. We are using both daily. Able to make 2 expressos at once. The machine is practical not gorgeous- it is mostly plastic and underwhelming to look at but honestly it’s about the coffee quality so all stainless steel snobbery aside it’s perfect and we all love it.

I bough this a few months back to replace the plethora of devices I had courting the counter . We had a coffee maker , cappuccino maker, a kettle and coffee grinder With just one outlet . This meant plugging and unplugging stuff to just make a brew . So I decided to replace the coffee maker and the cappuccino maker with a single device . We took a chance and got this so far so good the quality of the brew is great .

This was a difficult to find combination with drip coffee and espresso with no pods so I was happy to find this at an affordable price and the $300 is easily made up by not making a trip to Starbucks everyday. this machine pays for itself and it works really well everything is nice and hot when it comes out and it's very user-friendly!

I was initially looking at one of DeLonghi's fully automated espresso makers, but couldn't afford the luxury price tag. However, this one makes espresso that tastes just as good for 1/5 the price. As an added bonus we were also able to replace our Keurig and use this to brew great coffee. It's built very well, and looks great in the kitchen to boot.

I like that or makes the espresso and big coffee pot. I wish the had a milk dispenser on it as well.

Love the coffee maker in general. The shortcut booklet makes it easy to follow directions to navigate through the latte and cappuccino making. My only complaint is that after only 2 weeks, the lid on the coffee pot broke. It's very flimsy, despite that fact that this item is over $260.00!!! Customer service will not replace it. I have to purchase a replacement coffee pot=0(

Love the professional look. You do have to acquire some time to make an espresso drink, so if you have to make one before work... wake up earlier.

I love to make cappuccinos and espresso and good strong black coffee. This does it all in style and the coffee is great. Beats those lousy tasting plastic pods by a mile. If you don't care about coffee and the way it tastes than this probably isn't for you but if you are a connoisseur to me there is no other option.

I am not a coffee drinker but my wife is so for Christmas I got her this as a present a year ago. She uses it every morning and very much enjoys this product. It took a couple of tries to get used to using it and cleaning it but she just chalked that up to the learning curve. She's even used the frother to make me hot chocolate!!

We had water collect under the coffee maker for the 1st 3 months that had no obvious sousre or pattern. It turned out the if you don't put the "well" back in place exactly correctly, which is easy to do when u know it is important, you will have leakage through the drain hole onto your countertop. Now that is understood, FANTASTIC COFFEE !
