Works well as a coffee maker and expresso maker. Does everything we expected it to do. It is easy to use, easy to clean. For the first couple of months, it was a solid purchase.

This espresso machine/coffee maker is easy to use and makes delicious drinks! I had never owned or operated an espresso machine before this purchase, and was able to make my first latte the day I bought it! Highly recommend.

To be honest i love this coffee maker only reason why it didnt mak 5 starts is the espresso clean up is a pain with no filters. Besides that no issues. I have read about ppl saying it stop working but thats what geek squad is for esp if its a every day use item that has heating elements ...

My only negative is that I apparently got a defective machine that had a short in the electrical system, it keeps resetting the time which makes it impossible to schedule a coffee brew time. Otherwise it is everything I hoped it would be!

I struggled with the price tag of this machine after shopping around, I heard great things about it but it had a price tag of $400 at most places I went to. Luckily BB had it on sale for an amazing price and I couldn't be more happy with it. It makes single or double shot espressos has a reusable filter for your drip coffee and a programmable heating plate that works for up to six hours to keep your coffee nice and warm. Program function works great so I can always wake up to fresh coffee. The only thing I wish this product had was a bean grinder but I also make french press and you can pickup a grinder for fairly cheap these days vs the price of paying for the fully automatic model.

I purchased this for my parents who are not tech savvy. It was easy for them to use as opposed to the other brands that they have tried. The espresso machine works great and the coffee brewer is easy to use.

At first, I was excited about my purchase but after a few weeks the espresso and capaccino option no longer worked as it did when I first used the product. It made great coffee using the pot, but if I wanted to make an espresso, it was an entirely different story. So I exchanged it once, thinking that maybe I’ll have better luck with the second one, which ended up being the same scenario. So I decided on a kuerig and been very happy since. Looking back now, the kuerig should had been my first choice.

The coffee maker is programmable and makes great coffee. The espresso make uses ground coffee or ese pods so it is very convenient. It is pump driven so the espresso is superb.

It's very simple to use, you have to keep it clean! Cleaning takes time a little bit. Coffee pot is extra, not necessary. If you don't want brew coffee, get a espresso machine only.

A little overpriced for the whole thing. The frother is a little on the weak side for milk and will over flow before reaching a good temp good espresso and coffee though

Finally bought the DeLonghi espresso and coffee maker and gals we did. The espresso, cappuccino and coffee maker are easy to use, clean and it looks great on the counter.

I had this machine just 1 month now and am unable to return it due to Best Buy's 15 day return policy. Even though I am finding just 1 week after the 20th day that the coffee brewing side electronics is defective. It intermittently resets itself and all of the red lights will go on. At that point, the buttons are not responsive to any presses. After a few seconds or minutes, it will shut off and repeat this cycle. If I am lucky, it is responsive and I can press it but then it will reset again and we're back to the start. The Espresso side works no problem so far and I hope that it continues to do so. However, since one half of this product is failing, I would not recommend this at all to anyone as the purpose is to have two functions. Best Buy's return policy doesn't help account for such defects and this is a shame.

I love having an all in one ... coffee or espresso... steamer or hot chocolate... latte or cappuccino... and it doesn’t take up very much space. Very user friendly.

After 2 months the steamer only worked half the time. Water leaked underneath. Will be returning

This espresso/coffee machine is great. Bought as a Christmas gift for the wife because she is a committed coffee drinker. She has had no complaints. It’s easy to use just be sure to read the instructions.

I really enjoy the expresso made from this machine after reading some of the other reviews on tips how to use it. The coffee machine portion does the job.

This combination espresso and coffee maker is excellent to have in our meetings. For that personal touch, the espresso. For those that want it not too strong, you have the carafe.

Had the previous model which started leaking so bad from the espresso side that I had to replace. Purchased two months ago and still running fine. Hoping it will last more than two years. So far so good.

The directions were very unclear.... a lot of unanswered questions guessing how to make esspresso. the milk doesnt froth as well as i would like.

I love this Machine, I use to have the oldest version. I would prefer 12 cup instead of 10 but overall is very good. I love the ability for regular coffee and espresso
