I waited for 2 months and it felt like forever. Then a nice guy from Best Buy called he told me he ordered my wires and to let them know when I went in for appt. Poor Steve the installer wasn't told he told me and I told him what took place. He was SO HAPPY! He found them. Thanks to the msn on the phone and to Steve my appt was TERRIFIC!

never installed the hood switch for my Viper remote starter that I bought from best buy. this is a safty item and I had to spend my valuable time to go back and have them install this ball bearing hood switch. not sure i will purchase again from Best Buy.
