First of all, Dragon Ball Super Broly is a very fun movie. The animation is fantastic, the music is some of Super's best, and the humor is very well done. The problem is with this home release. Something happened with FUNimation's master, and there is a green tint over the picture that should not be there. It ruins the great colors this movie has. I have posted a comparison in this review. The other problem is, if you are a fan of the Japanese version, Toei is starting to force licensees to use dub names in the subtitles for the Japanese track (for example, "Freeza" is spelled as the incorrect dub spelling "Frieza". This is a baffling decision that really benefits no one. Anyway, it is difficult for me to recommend this release. When a huge draw of the movie is its visuals, the green tint really ruins things. The UK Blu-ray is reported to not have the green tint, so I would recommend that release. It is region locked though, so you would need a way to get around that.

Great movie dragon ball broly my family like it a lot

One of my favorite movies in the series. The animation is better than ever and the story of Brolly makes him a new favorite. I never saw the original(I do plan on it) but highly recommend to old and new fans.

I've seen reviews on the green tint Mine doesn't seem to have it and I know I have the US release maybe a number of the release had a problem Dragon ball super Broly is a great movie.

Dragon Ball Super: Broly review. Following the events of Battle of the God's and Resurrection F', this might have been one of the best Dragon Ball movies of all time. Basically, it tells the story of the events after Planet Vegeta was destroyed. Here, we are introduce to a new Saiyan: Broly. Broly wasn't treat right by his father, which makes him so dominant when he grows up. Along the way, we get Goku and Vegeta who will stop at nothing to retrieve back the dragon balls that Frieza and his crew stole as well as take down Broly. My thoughts: I was hyped and pumped for this film. From the moment this was announced to the moment I saw the title card, this film delivered. From its' action battles between Broly, Goku, Frieza and Vegeta to it's plot and soundtrack, this film is a must watch for anime and dragon Ball fans. So with that in mind, I'm going to give Dragon Ball Super: Broly a 10 out of 10.

I was skeptical when I heard that there would be a new Dragon Ball movie centered around Broly. If you've never seen any of the other three movies centered around Broly, he's kind of a dumb character. He was always physically intimidating, sure, but his backstory about listening to Goku cry so much that it drove him insane was just ridiculous. That said, this movie manages to rewrite Broly's backstory and do it well. And the action sequences are just absolutely stunning (which they kind of have to be since they last over half of the movie). Seriously, I never thought I'd be glad that they made Broly a canon character, but they did it and it's awesome.

although it is very well known that this movie is extremely well made and arguably one of the best dragon ball movies to date, this review is mostly regarding the product and not the movie itself. The steelcase is very durable and the art design on the box looks great! I've played the bluray in several players, including PS4 and Xbox 1 and never had any problems with either playing. The quality of the movie looks exceptional and I've heard of rumors regarding a greenish hue throughout the movie but I've never seen it in my copy. This is a must-have for any Dragonball enthusiast collector.

The movie itself is fantastic- even my friends who were not Dragonball friends loved it in theaters. The steelbook also looks really nice, with very vibrant colors and all. But do beware, it does scratch easily. The botched release is about the green color tint on US releases that dulls the colors of the show quite drastically- it's like viewing through a foggy lens on the Blu-Ray, a simple google search will explain it very well. Another large factor is the whole Vic Mignogna (voice of Broly) debacle- he has been all but stripped from the credits, and despite playing such a huge roll in the movie, all references to him have been virtually cut from it, such as special features. There are some great YouTube videos out there on the topic if you're interested. The MangaUK edition that you can import does not suffer from the color dulling tint, or from the censorship of Vic. However, it does not come in the admittedly awesome steelbook case. Despite its flaws, the steelbook Blu-Ray is a great movie collector's item, and definitely was a good purchase.

Great reboot of the original DBZ movie. Broly is one of my favorite DBZ movie characters.

I’ve been a fan of Dragon Ball ever since I was a kid and this movie doesn’t disappoint since it’s a reimagining of the antagonist, Broly. He doesn’t only shout and fight like in the old trilogy as he actually has development towards his character. It’s really neat and exciting that they include some characters/cameos that I won’t spoil here, especially the final fight. One last thing worth mentioning is that Broly is canon now and I’m looking forward what else is to come.

The sounds on this movie were great, we watched it at the movies, sounds were horrible in the IMAX. We enjoyed this movie at home with our new surround sound, the digital copy is horrible, they could’ve did without, you have to open an account with funimation I believe is called. I’ve alre got to many other accounts I use like Vudu and Apple and others like that. Lets just say if you want the digital this is not the way you’re going to get it, unless you check that out.

Let me start off by saying that I have probably watched every DBZ movie ever made, and this one was by far the most epic. I love how they re did Brolly's back story, giving him proper motivation, and used it to justify everything that happens. The fighting in the movie is beyond insane. After the conclusion to DBZ Super, which was awesome, I didn't think they could make the fights any more epic, but I was wrong. Highly recommended.
