The work well if they fit you. I worked with the EARGO people and they couldn't resolve my fitting issues. When I forced them into my ears they worked well. It's not the products fault, it's my personal anatomy is just not suited for them. I only gave it 4 stars because I found them difficult put in and remove. With your ear canals they may be what you're looking for. They are worth the money if they fit you.

Excellent and discreet. It is bately noticeable unless someone closely looks into your ear. I have it for 3 weeks now and Im very satisfied with this purchase. I wear it morning til night and battery hasn’t run out so far. The sound is clear and more natural than the previous one I got (Sony). My only issue is that you have to place the hearing aids in the charger if you want to make changes in the program. With this issue, Im thinking of getting the Eargo 6 which is pricier but may be worth the newer technology and convenience at least for not needing to have them on the charger to make changes on the program.

Life changing hearing aids. We bought this as a group gift for my mom she is 73 years old and her hearing has gotten pretty bad. On Christmas Day we had our family on FaceTime to watch her open it and try it on. My mom literally put the right side in her ear and instantly broke down in tears she could hear everything and she hadn’t even put the left ear in yet. I recommend Eargo Neo HiFi to anyone considering these. They have an app for your smartphone that helps you setup and make adjustments. The two year damage or loss protection is a huge bonus. Plus lifetime hearing specialist support. It’s been several days now and all of my siblings have thanked me for pushing them to pitch in for this gift. They all talk to my mom on FaceTime and they don’t have her saying “what did you say” over and over because she hears them the first time now. Don’t delay get these now and hear what you have been missing.

Sound and quality are great. Hard to take out or ear and often would get stuck.

I’ve tried a few different types of audio enhancing devices and this one by far wins the ribbon. I love that it comes with an app and I can adjust the settings on both devices or separately adjusted, each having their own specific modes/adjustments. The only reason I gave it a 4 is because each time you make adjustments you have to put the devices back into the charging bays. It takes time and several adjustments to get the right combination and having to put these back In the charging bay each time is really unnecessary I think. Would like to see adjustments made real-time.

For most people these hearing aids would work? I work construction and every time the hammer hit the volume would change. They are comfortable and in most settings would work ok. I have hearing loss and the constant ringing. The work on the loss but still have all of the ringing. In short, had to return them strictly because of the volume change (which gives you indication verbally in your ear each time)

This product is a little pricey. But the technology is top notch. It is really small in size so they are very discreet in your ears. Also the company always tries to keep in touch and help you with any issues you have.

With the Eargos I now know how much I did not hear before. TV and church homilies are much more enjoyable now. I also love the videos Eargo provides on care, use, etc. They are most helpful.

Pleasant surprise that it is so easy to get a truly medical hearing device through Best Buy. Truly awesome design that is almost invisible but effective. The easy programming options to adjust the hearing aid is a true bonus. Once worn, I forget that there is a device in my ear ! The online tips and support is superb.

Bought for my husband and his hearing has got a lot better and he doesn't and he likes them. Still getting use to them and his happy.

I could not get need volume gain without major feedback. The packaging is impressive, for my horrible hearing the units actual result was not.

I'm not sure this product is ready for prime time. After two months the left ear unit (marked L) stopped working. It's been giving me trouble out of the box. It will work fine for many days. Then it will cut out completely or give erroneous messages such as "low battery" when fully charged or "program 2" over and over again. The R unit works great. I've chatted with a rep and her solution was for me to clean it thoroughly with alcohol. I wiped it down thoroughly with alcohol prep swabs, but it had no effect. The question is, would I buy this product again? I'm not sure. When it works it's incredible. When it doesn't it's just a piece of plastic in my ear. For $2000 I would think these hearing aids would be trouble free for at least the first year.

Not happy with this product Still won’t connect with my phone and when I took this to the Greek squad they wanted to charge me for them to connect this to my phone
