The thermostat is great at making sure the entire house stays the temperature you want. It also works well of tracking if you are home when expected not to be and maintaining your temperature.

We have been using this for over 3 years. The first one in our old house but we sold it to the new owner, and we got a other one for the new house. It works perfect for our needs!.

Upgraded from the last generation when I moved, though I loved the old one. Nice step up in features and app, including syncing with my utility to keep cost down. Great form factor, easy to use. My HVAC guy told me Ecobee is a better choice even though he sells other brands through his company; made me feel better about my purchase (he should know - right?)

Absolutely love the ecobee thermostat. Easy to install and work great with the app. Love having the room sensors. I highly recommend this unit if you're looking for a smart thermostat.

I love my ecobee! I wanted this precise thermostat because it works with Siri, and it does really well! It also works with Hey google. First I wanted to be able to warm up my home more in the middle of the night with a voice command without having to get up shivering. Second, I wanted the smart sensors. The two last rooms were always cold. We had to place room heaters even with the central heater on. Well once I researched how the sensors worked. It has been super cozy and warm at night. No more need for extra room heaters. If anything now I have to either tell Siri or google to cool my ecobee lol There’s comfort settings for each sensor. The two cold rooms have the comfort setting of home and sleep, so during those times-hours & days you set, those sensors will be the priority thermostat meter per se to stay at the set temp. So at night I have the room sensors as the primary ones. I love it! No more cold nights or hot summers! The other thing I notice with the sensors is that the ac shuts off more often. Before it was on for long periods of time trying to get to the set temp. Now since it averages out amongst the sensors we have it shuts off more often. I’m expecting a better electricity bill this month. The thermostat also works as a speaker but I have nest speakers in every room, so I didn’t program the voice on main thermostat w/ Alexa, or never listen to music from there either. It’s a little pricey but so worth it! Get it! You will not regret it!

The step-by-step instructions were easy. I love the interactive videos that showed you how to install it. It’s really easy to use and very convenient to use from your phone.

I love this thing. I can control everything on my phone and it actually can tell whenever I’m home and adjusts the temp as needed. Installation was a breeze if you have the right wires

I have a 3 story townhouse, and this thermostat and the room sensors keep the temperature consistent throughout the house. Easy install, seamless integration, all around a good buy.

The ecobee Thermostat has been great. It was easy to install my 5 wire system and set up. I'm still learning all of the features of the thermostat but so far it has been intuitive to use. It offers many features and customizations. I was able to easily create schedules from the thermostat and through the ecobee app. I am very happy with my purchase so far.

So, nice in the middle of the night to be able to just tell your thermostat to raise the temperature up or down a few degrees! I hate to admit it, I’m lazy and I love it!

I recently had my furnace replaced (2 -stage unit) and wanted a new thermostat to go with it. I researched and found the Ecobee to have the best overall reviews, so I purchased it. Install was easy and I love all the different features and being able to monitor it from my iPhone. I purchased more smartsensors to monitor other rooms and it's just great! I highly recommend this product!

I have a split level home and the temperatures can vary drastically for each floor. This works great so far to even out the temperatures. When the weather is below freezing, there is still a difference in temperature between floors but I'm sure it isn't as much of a difference than my previous programmable (non-smart) thermostat. It was pretty easy to install and the instructions are excellent. The setup of the sensors is simple and I like the mobile apps for iPhone and iPad. I haven't had it long enough to know whether I've saved money but it seems like it should lower costs. The best thing I like is not to have to manually change the temperature.

Not sure why I waited so long to get a smart thermostat. Ecobee Smart Thermostat was easy to install and love that I can use my phone to turn on and off. Great price too!

This newest Ecobee is great. Install was a breeze, the interface runs faster, the new temp senors look and perform great, and the addition of the glass front just tops it all off. I am really glad I made the jump to the newest version. Forgot to mention I can now yell at my thermostat to change the temp (or just ask it too). The Ecobee always comes highly recommended from me!

I live in an older home and my thermostat wiring connection didn't have a "c wire" to provide power, eliminating most other smart thermostats from my purchase decision. The Ecobee came with an adapter which creates a workaround allowing the current wiring to to do the job. I wouldn't say it was easy, but the instructions were very good, stupid proof really, with excellent graphics and videos online to support them if needed. I followed the instructions carefully and when I switched the system back on and the unit lit up and it worked, I was so happy and proud of myself for doing it. Since then it has worked great in both cool and heat settings. I highly recommend this great unit to anyone, might be more expensive for those who don't need the c-wire adapter capability but likely provides features some others don't. But if you are in an older home, this is the way to go, you will be happy with your purchase if you do it. This was my first of two units I installed.

Controls seem to adjust to weather and control quite well. Like the feature that detects when no one is in that zone and makes appropriate adjustments to set point.

We’re not handi, so we had it installed. The set up was easy. It’s wonderful to be able to control the thermostat away from home.

This smart Ecobee thermostat was easy to install and is very efficient. Submitted an online rebate to Atmos and we received a check for $75 in a quick turnaround.
