My wife and I both work and we have a dog, two cats, and two kids under two. As such, our floors are often more crumby or hair tumbleweed-y than preferred. This does a great job of making sure I don’t lose my mind mid-week before being able to do a deep clean on the weekends. I wouldn’t rely on it to be the sole source of cleaning for your home; it’s just a maintenance / surface sweep but it’s very helpful to keep the house looking great until we have the time needed to properly clean. If I had no kids, no pets, and all tile / hardwood floors I can see this being enough to keep everything clean

Five stars for a robot vacuum that doesn't get stuck! I've owned an older Neato Botvac 85 for years so am used to making sure all potential obstacles and random things on the floor are cleared away before it cleans, so it's wonderful to not have to worry about that so much. It avoids things like socks on the floor - the old vac would eat that right up. I also really love the mapping feature on the app. I can set up rooms and have it clean just what I want it to. It's also nice to see what it's cleaned on the map so I know it hasn't accidentally skipped any areas (not a problem unlike the old vac). I am a little worried about the longevity of the roller brush as I have long hair and it builds up around the washers on the ends of the brush. I have to clean the brush every other cleaning and have noticed wear on the plastic washer. Cleaning hair was something I had to do with the old vac, too.

Overall very happy with this robot vacuum. It's quieter and cleans better than my older Roomba, and the suction base works well. The LIDAR and sensor avoidance is significantly better than camera-based robots.

have just started using, but this machine is amazing. The technology is unbelievable + is completely user friendly. Does a good job of sweeping & mopping within customized boundaries. Time will tell the durability, however great so far.

I was worried about the quality of this vacuum after reading some of the reviews but I'm glad I went with my gut. This is the best smart vacuum I've owned. The mapping capability is unbeatable in my opinion. I'd recommend this product to anyone in the market.

Love this thing, especially at the price they had it at, the pro mopping attachment is also a definite plus because the navigation on this is excellent, this thing navigates my home with ease, defiantly a no brainer for the 250$ off the already great price

As we just adopted a large dog, she is very sweet but sheds. The cleaner has been great to keep up with the hair and little messes on wooden and tile floor. The trick with the water reservoir, just use plain water. If you want to mop, put it in. The robot will avoid rugs and carpet. You want to just sweep, then take out the water reservoir. I leave it out most of the time and sweep, put it back to for mop mode. Clean the brush, mop pad, etc to help extend the life of the items. Now for mapping, it did a great job mapping the rooms, but using the app on the phone to break the rooms into smaller sections not very user friendly. It does map out each room but it adds hallways to the rooms and trying to break them apart on the phone is not that easy. That is about my only complaint. I do recommend this item.

Pretty good at vaccuming and smooth navigation, not much useful for mopping.

Best robotic vacuum for the price and possibly ever. Maps the house after 1 run within 30 minutes (depending on your house size). Lasts for almost 5 hours on 1 charge which is way more than enough and mopping feature is great and handy.

great to have vacuum and mop combination unit, and auto dirt dispenser.

This lasted about almost 2 years. by the end it was very quirky. Did horribly on most of our rugs, so we ended up getting new ones that it did work with. Great on hardwood floors. Thank god i got the warranty on it, otherwise id regret this purchase.

This vacuum has been fantastic. I watched tons of youtube videos and read tons of reviews of all the different robot vacuums and ended up on this one and I am very glad I did. Recently we have been remodeling our main floor so we moved this upstairs and now I'm going to buy a second one for the upstairs. They do have multi floor mapping but they can't walk up and down stairs - you have to bring it to the different floors and in my mind that kind of defeats the point of a robot vacuum because I want it to vacuum on it's own. I've had this for almost a year and it's still working great. Try and find it on sale (like it is right now which is why I'm about to order a second one) and it's a fantastic deal!

Does an amazing job mapping the different rooms and house, thoroughly cleans, the mopping feature is great! It automatically empties. Best purchase! You can also map multiple levels of your house and save them.

The product itself is good considering how much I paid for it but the app experience is less than pleasant. Had some problems setting up with my 2.4/5G home network, had to turn off the 5G to have it setting up. Cleaning is good and mopping is below average.

This machine does seem to vacuum very well. I never even tried the mop feature. Unfortunately, the auto empty container does not work. I tried two different machines. Don't spend the extra money for the auto empty container because it will soon not work. You will be emptying it by hand anyway. Also, the machines works well with one map. Don't try to have multiple maps because it will just lead you to multiple problems. Over and over again. The machine keeps resetting and loses the maps. All maps. But if the machine uses only one map it works great.

The vacuuming functionality is great but the mopping is pretty weak. Mapping features are really nice (especially virtual barriers and area cleaning), but the dustbin also has frequent issues jamming up with my dog’s fur. The exit ports in the detachable dustbin might be a tad too narrow.

Like the store that sells it, The Bestbuy we ever did. We bless them every penny we pay on this item, is like having a house keep. Absolutely raccomend to any one that likes a super clean floor.

We just put in new hardwood flooring instead of the carpet and we find there seems to always have stuff on the bottom of your feet so we bought “HAL” to clean up for us so far so good he has lost the water holder under the couch a couple times and has gotten lost a couple times but overall he does a good job
