Having owned several robot vacuums over the years, this Ecovacs Deebot T80S Omni is the first one that genuinely feels like a leap forward! It is so incredibly smart ! Definitely a HUGE upgrade in my life, a total game-changer! The triple-lift feature is honestly brilliant. This robot lifts the mop, the main brush AND the side brushes the second it hits carpet. My rugs stays totally dry, and I don't have to babysit it. The suction power definitely delivers! It picks up everything - pet hair, crumbs, dust I didn't even knew it was there! And the anti-tangle brush really works - I haven't had to cut hair out of it once. The mop is legit - my floors look noticeably cleaner, and it doesn't leave streaks. The corner cleaning is surprisingly good too - it actually gets into edges instead of pretending to. The OMNI station is the part that sold me. The station washes the mop with hot water, dries it with hot air, empties the dustbin, and basically takes care of itself. No funky smells, no gross mop pads, no weekly maintenance. I've gone over a month without touching the robot at all! If you are on the fence, hear me out - This T80S OMNI is absolutely worth it. Five starts all the way!

We bought the T80S Omni for our 1,500 sq ft office, which has all vinyl flooring, and it’s honestly been one of the best practical purchases we’ve made. With daily foot traffic from staff and clients, our floors get dusty fast. Before this, we were either sweeping constantly or noticing buildup in corners and along baseboards. Since running the T80S every evening, the floors are consistently clean when we walk in the next morning. The mapping was quick and surprisingly accurate. It navigates around desks, chairs, and tight spots without getting stuck. I was a little worried about cords and chair legs, but it handles them well. Once it learned the layout, we haven’t had to babysit it. The vacuum power is strong enough to pick up everything from fine dust to crumbs. What impressed me most is the mopping — it doesn’t leave the vinyl too wet and there’s no streaking. The floors just look clean and polished, which matters in a professional office setting. The self-emptying and mop-cleaning station makes it very low maintenance. For something we run daily, that convenience is huge. We don’t have to think about it much. If you have an office with hard flooring and want something reliable that just quietly does its job every day, this one has worked really well for us. It keeps the place looking sharp without adding extra work to our team

My house has tile, carpet, wood and all kinds of rugs. My previous attempts with robotic vacuums only left me frustrated, but I’ve read so many good things about this brand that I’ve been wanting to give it a shot, and I’m so glad I did! It does a nice job at both vacuuming and mopping all my surfaces, but it’s intelligence is what’s impressed me the most. It knows how to navigate in tight quarters without getting stuck, it knows not to go over the edge of the stairs, it knows when it encounters a rug to lift the mop up, and so much more! The self cleaning features are also very cool. After cleaning, or in the middle of a long cleaning, it’ll go back to its base and empty the vacuum and/or clean the mop brush. I’ve run this numerous times already, and there’s no indication I’m anywhere close to having to empty anything. Love it!

Loving this robot vacuum! My parents have an X series, and I feel like this does everything the flagship can do at a better price tag. It's still an expensive piece of tech, but so far it's been worth the money. My only critique is that it seems to get lost on occasion. The cleaning power is great, and it seems to keep my apartment clean with no effort. Leave the house, set the robot vacuum off, and when I get home it's always cleaner than I left.
